Notes: We suspect this Honda PCX was stolen from Hull as it was originally listed for sale there on August 11th (25), then it moved to Newcastle on September 29th (25).

As previously stated the Honda PCX model years have a redesigned frame meaning you cannot put components from a 2022 model onto a 2016 model.

A fantastic result in a ringer being seized and confirmed stolen! This Yamaha MT-03 was ringed days after its theft in London. Unfortunately the motorbike was involved in an accident whilst under its cloned identity.

We were informed the motorbike was listed for sale online which led to us forwarding information to the Metropolitan Police Service who subsequently seized it.

If you own a Yamaha MT-03 we recommend installing a datatag kit, in the event the motorbike is stolen it can be identified easily in the event the VIN has been tampered with.

Another scooter identified as stolen thanks to it being Datagged. This Honda SH300i was ringed days after its theft and passed around amongst criminals before it was seized.

A massive thank you to Herts Police and Datatag ID Limited.

If you own a Honda SH300i or a SH350i we recommend installing a datatag kit, in the event the scooter is stolen it can be identified easily in the event the VIN has been tampered with.

Another positive result! This Yamaha R3 was recovered six months after being despite the VIN being changed.

A huge thank you to Kent Police for seizing the bike on the same day we called them!

A quick reminder to those that own motorbikes such as the Yamaha R3 with similar models to invest in a datatag kit. These kits make it easier to identify a stolen vehicle if it is ringed or stripped for parts.
