The Electric Vehicle Company is expanding, and we’re looking for a Vehicle Sales Operations Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being around premium vehicles and wants to be part of the fast-moving electric vehicle industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, helping keep customers informed throughout their journey, and ensuring every vehicle is perfectly prepared for sale or handover.
🔧 What the role involves:
• Supporting sales communication and customer updates
• Assisting with enquiries and helping guide customers through the buying process
• Preparing vehicles to a high presentation standard
• Coordinating vehicle handovers and customer experience
• Supporting sales admin, documentation, and records
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for delivery

✅ Requirements:
• Over 21 years old
• Full UK driving licence
