This Ford Transit Custom gearset has certainly seen some heat!

Unfortunately, this one came into us badly burnt due to a lack of gearbox oil. What started as gearbox noise was left too long, resulting in serious internal damage and a gearset that looks like it’s been left on the BBQ! 🔥🥩
