A Dubai-registered Lamborghini Reventon has been spotted roaming the streets of London, appearing out of nowhere and reminding everyone why it remains one of the most elusive modern supercars ever built.

Widely regarded as the road-going interpretation of the F-22 Raptor fighter jet, it was unveiled by Lamborghini at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show and introduced an entirely new design language for the brand.

Every surface, vent and angle was inspired by modern military aircraft, while its matte grey finish further reinforced the aviation theme. Inside, traditional analog dials were replaced by a customizable TFT multi-mode display inspired by fighter aircraft.

Lamborghini built only 20 customer Reventon coupes, while an additional example was retained by the Lamborghini Museum. A further 15 roadsters were later produced, making the Reventon one of the rarest Lamborghinis ever made.

Beneath the stealth-inspired bodywork sits a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 producing 641 horsepower, allowing the Reventon to reach 205 mph and sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds.

Wearing Dubai registration plates, this particular example has become something of a legend among spotters, appearing unexpectedly and disappearing just as quickly.

Air Force One’s longtime Boeing 747 has received an emotional sendoff as a new $400M aircraft gifted by Qatar prepares to enter service this summer.

The Boeing VC-25A, tail number 29000, appears to have completed its final mission under the Air Force One call sign after White House staffers posted farewell messages to the iconic aircraft on social media.

It landed at Joint Base Andrews after flying President Trump home from the G7 summit, bringing to a close what many believe was its final presidential flight.

White House Communications Director Steven Cheung paid tribute to the aircraft with a simple message: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

SAM 29000 is one of two heavily modified VC-25A aircraft that have served as Air Force One since 1990. The aircraft made its first presidential flight under George H.W. Bush and has since transported five additional U.S. presidents, becoming one of the most recognizable aircraft in the world.

While SAM 29000 appears to be bowing out, its sister aircraft, SAM 28000, is expected to continue flying alongside the interim VC-25B “Bridge” aircraft when it enters service.

The Qatar-gifted Boeing 747-8 completed modifications and flight testing earlier this year, and is now reportedly on track for its inaugural flight later this summer. Conversion work was carried out in Texas, with some estimates suggesting as much as $1 billion was spent adapting the aircraft for presidential duties.

Adding to its transformation, the aircraft received a new livery featuring President Trump’s preferred red, white, dark blue and gold colour scheme. It was later spotted wearing the fresh paintwork ahead of its imminent entry into service.

The transition will mark the end of the iconic baby-blue Air Force One livery that has defined presidential travel. Having served presidents across the globe for more than 35 years, the aircraft may be stepping aside, but its story is not over just yet.

It’s officially been 3 years since the OceanGate Titan submersible vanished during a dive to the wreck of the Titanic in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Contact with the vessel was lost around 1 hour and 45 minutes into the expedition, sparking a massive multinational search effort that captured global attention.

Days later, debris found near the Titanic confirmed the submersible had suffered a catastrophic implosion, claiming the lives of all five people on board.

Former President Joe Biden recently brought out his beloved 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray for a special episode of Jay Leno’s Garage — giving viewers a rare look at the classic convertible that’s remained part of the Biden family for nearly six decades.

According to Biden, Jay had been asking for years to drive the Corvette, eventually leading to the pair cruising through California’s Angeles National Forest with Leno behind the wheel while the former President rode shotgun.

Originally gifted to Biden by his father in 1967 as a wedding present, the one-owner Stingray has quietly become one of America’s most recognisable celebrity-owned classics, carrying decades of memories, stories and history along the way.

This wasn’t Jay Leno’s first time driving Biden’s Corvette, with the host revealing he last drove it 10 years ago. Despite nearing 60 years old, Biden says the Corvette still “drove like a charm.”

Jason Statham recently shared striking images featuring the legendary Lamborghini Miura alongside a Royal Air Force aircraft, creating a timeless scene worthy of a classic action film.

First introduced in 1966, the Miura is widely regarded as one of the most revolutionary Lamborghinis ever built, helping establish the blueprint for the modern supercar through its mid-engine layout, rear-wheel-drive, Marcello Gandini-designed bodywork and naturally aspirated V12.

What continues to separate it from many modern Lamborghinis is its famously visceral driving experience. With heavy steering, intense cabin heat, a screaming engine mounted just inches behind the cockpit and almost no electronic assistance, the Miura delivers a raw mechanical experience that demands complete concentration from the driver at speed.

More than half a century later, pristine examples are now valued at well over $2 million, with many enthusiasts still viewing the Miura as one of the purest and most emotionally engaging Lamborghinis of all time.

King Charles III recently welcomed a brand-new Bentley Bentayga into the royal fleet, finished in the exclusive Royal Claret livery reserved for the reigning monarch.

The luxury SUV was spotted departing Buckingham Palace wearing a distinctive VUL 1 registration plate ahead of a major day of royal engagements in London.

Its appearance comes as preparations continue for Trooping the Colour marking the King’s official birthday, with Buckingham Palace once again becoming the centre of ceremonial activity and state occasions across the capital.

The rare sighting also offered royal watchers a glimpse into the evolving fleet of vehicles operating within the Royal Mews, where modern Bentley craftsmanship now sits alongside some of Britain’s most prestigious ceremonial transport.

While speculation online suggests the Bentayga may have been presented to King Charles III as a gift from Bentley, there has been no official confirmation and the origins of the new state vehicle remain purely speculative.

Hundreds of multi-million dollar superyachts packed themselves side-by-side in Monaco during F1 Grand Prix week, transforming the harbour and surrounding coastline into what looked like a floating traffic jam for the ultra-wealthy.

An estimated 106 superyachts berthed directly inside Port Hercules, while a further 286 converged across the Riviera, with remaining vessels anchored offshore along the coastline, as daily arrivals steadily climbed before peaking at just over 500 vessel arrivals on race day.

The congestion wasn’t limited to superyachts simply sitting docked. To secure those tightly packed berthing locations, vessels had to navigate heavy marine traffic entering and exiting Monaco’s crowded harbour system, creating literal bottlenecks around Port Hercules as tenders, support craft and arriving superyachts all competed for space during the busiest weekend of the year.

Berthing prices reflected the exclusivity. Daily mooring fees ranged from around €6,000 to €25,000 depending on vessel size, while premium trackside positions reportedly climbed as high as €158,000 for the weekend alone.

The floating parking lot featured some of the world’s most recognisable superyachts, including the 122-metre Kismet owned by Shahid Khan and the 101.5-metre Symphony owned by LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault, with tenders and water taxis continuously transporting guests to and from the circuit throughout the weekend.

NASA’s experimental X-59 aircraft has officially gone supersonic for the first time during its 17th test flight, quietly breaking the sound barrier while producing little more than a soft thump on the ground instead of the deafening sonic boom traditionally associated with high-speed flight.

The milestone could mark a turning point for the future of commercial aviation. Supersonic passenger travel over land has effectively been banned across the United States since 1973 due to the disruptive shockwaves created whenever aircraft exceed the speed of sound, a problem NASA now believes it may finally have solved.

Flying at Mach 1.1 (around 726 mph) at an altitude of 43,400 feet over Edwards Air Force Base in California, the X-59 demonstrated a radically different approach to supersonic design through NASA’s Quesst mission.

Unlike conventional supersonic aircraft, the X-59’s elongated 99-foot fuselage carefully disperses shockwaves before they can merge into a thunderous boom. It also eliminates a traditional front windshield entirely, with pilots relying on a 4K forward-facing vision system designed to maintain smooth airflow across the nose, an area where a cockpit window would normally generate additional shockwaves.

NASA even positioned the engine on top of the aircraft to redirect noise upward and away from the ground below. The result is a dramatic reduction in perceived sound roughly comparable to a car door closing rather than an explosive thunderclap rattling homes and windows for miles.

In the coming years, NASA plans to fly the X-59 over populated communities across the United States to collect public perception data, which could eventually be used to help regulators reconsider long-standing restrictions on overland supersonic travel.

If successful, the breakthrough could pave the way for a new generation of ultra-fast commercial aircraft capable of dramatically reducing travel times while making quiet supersonic passenger flight a reality once again.
