What Does a Family Business Really Look Like?
When people think of a family business, they often picture a logo, a website, or perhaps a husband-and-wife team working together.
For us, family business means early starts, late finishes, meetings on the move, and occasionally bringing the children and even the dog along at the end of a busy day on Loch Lomond.
It means building something together, sharing the challenges and celebrating the successes. It means teaching the next generation the value of hard work, responsibility, and a love for the outdoors.
At Freedom Boat Club Loch Lomond, family isn't just part of the business β it's at the heart of everything we do. And perhaps that's one of the reasons so many of our members tell us they feel part of the Freedom family too.
Some of the best moments aren't found in boardrooms or spreadsheets. Sometimes they're found at the end of a jetty, watching the water, with the people who matter most.
