At the core of our business is our manufacturing plant, where highly skilled mechanical and product development engineers ensure all our products are made to the highest standard. Our engineers visit a number of funeral directors every month so we listen to what the market needs and develop products that provide solutions at every stage of the handling process. We also understand the industry is changing and the handling of larger bodies is becoming a challenge. Our new HD products and auden easy out trolleys have been developed to satisfy these new trends as well as providing safer working environments for the funeral industry employees. We really care about our products but also understand the need to maintain the items we sell, so at Auden we provide a full repair workshop and keep stock of parts for older Auden trolleys and of course new ones should any problems occur inside or outside warranty periods.
