Another happy customer back on the road! 🚗💨

This Volkswagen Tiguan came to me with the engine management light illuminated on the dashboard. After carrying out a full diagnostic check, I traced the fault to a failed cylinder 1 glow plug.

✅ Fault diagnosed
✅ Cylinder 1 glow plug replaced
✅ Fault codes cleared
✅ Vehicle tested and running as it should

Even a single faulty glow plug can cause warning lights, starting issues and poor engine performance, so it’s always worth getting these faults checked before they develop into bigger problems.

🚗💨 Coolant leak repaired on this 2.0L Diesel Ford Mondeo in Liverpool 💨🚗

This customer contacted AMQ Vehicle Services after noticing coolant leaking from their vehicle 🔧

After diagnosing the issue, I found the thermostat was leaking coolant and needed replacing. I fitted a replacement thermostat, carried out checks on the cooling system and made sure everything was running perfectly again ✅

🚐🔧 Another van back on the road for a local business in Widnes! 🔧🚐

I got called out to a customer’s site in Widnes for this Volkswagen Crafter that was struggling to start. After carrying out my investigation, I found the fuel rail was leaking diesel, which was causing the starting issue.

To help keep costs down for the customer, we sourced the replacement part from eBay, saving them a bit of money 💰👍

I then:
✅ Replaced the fuel rail
✅ Tested the vehicle thoroughly to make sure everything was working correctly
✅ Diagnosed and replaced a faulty oil pressure switch while on site

The van is now running and starting as it should again 🚐💨

I carried out a service and vehicle health check on this fully electric Mercedes EQA.

🔧 Another vehicle back to full power! 🔧

I was called out to this 1.5 Diesel Ford Kuga suffering from lack of power, engine management light on, and “exhaust filter full” warning showing on the dashboard.

After carrying out a full diagnostic check, faults showed the DPF was heavily blocked. During further investigation, I discovered the intercooler pipe had split, which was causing boost pressure loss and preventing the DPF from regenerating correctly.

✅ Replaced the damaged pipe with a genuine Ford intercooler pipe
✅ Carried out a DPF regeneration
✅ Fully tested the vehicle afterwards

The Kuga is now running perfectly again with full power restored and no warning lights 👍

I was called out to this work van after it wouldn’t start, leaving the customer stuck and unable to work.

After carrying out diagnostics, I quickly found the issue — a faulty battery causing the non-start problem.

✅ Battery replaced on site�✅ Vehicle tested and checked over�✅ Van starting perfectly again

The van has now been running fault-free for weeks and is back doing what it should be… working and earning money!💪
