Brought this 2013 Volvo V40 into the modern era with a CarPlay retrofit today. 🔧
Because this specific spec was missing the global phone button, it required a bit of extra surgery. I had to crack open the factory display and add a new FPC board to make the car talk to the MMI module.
Totally worth the extra effort to keep the original screen and factory controls working perfectly with the new interface. Clean install, massive upgrade. 🤌✨
