Mercedes C-class 220cdi 2009
Came in with gearbox problems and engine stalling when in D or R standing still❌
Diagnosed to be torq converter
Customer wanted gearbox and converter changed
Had the gearbox changed and converter,
Put the original mechatronic on the new gearbox and new oil in the gearbox and was working perfect ✅

Gearbox, Flywheel and clutch replacement ✅

BMW 525D 2014 Timing Chain Replaced ✅

Car came in with timing chain noise on cold start ❌

Had the the all 3 chains replaced along with new guides and 2 tensioners ✅

Also had New rocker cover gasket, 4 new injector seals✅

The car also developed the common oil cooler leak so had the gaskets replaced while the engine was out and Inlet manifold cleaned as well ✅
