From 18th–21st August, Vickers Oils will be exhibiting at one of South America’s leading textile industry events in Blumenau, Brazil.

More grease won't fix a washout problem. Here's what actually does.

In washdown environments, high-pressure water and cleaning chemicals displace lubricant, break down the seal barrier, and let moisture reach the bearing. Even just 1% of water contamination can have a significant impact on bearing life, contributing to rust, pitting, and corrosion.

The instinct is to apply more grease. But the real answer is a lubricant engineered to stay in place and keep protecting the equipment through repeated washdown cycles.
