Full day itinerary inspo!

Hire canoes or kayaks for 6 hours starting from 10.30am.

Arrive at Nichol End at 10am and pop to the cafe to purchase freshly baked scones and drinks to take with you. (you get 10% discount in the cafe if you're hiring with us and we loan you a dry bag free of charge to take your goodies on the lake)

Get kitted out in your wetsuit and buoyancy aids (all free to hire) and watch our safety video.

Go and explore our gorgeous lake however you like!! Here are some ideas if you'd like them:

Head to the right as you leave the marina. Pause at lone tree island (1)for a breather then head down the side of the lake, keeping an eye out for alpacas having a drink.

Stop for a rest at Otterbield bay (2) to see the famous carved hands.

Head over to St Herberts island (3) and enjoy your well earned scone! Spend some time exploring this beautiful island.

Head over to Rampshome island (4)and stop again to explore.

Head over towards Calfclose Bay and stop to see the Hundred Year Sculpture (5).

Head back up the lake to Lords Island (6) and stop again to explore it.

Head back towards Nichol End for 4.30pm and enjoy some well earned refreshments in the cafe.
