A 2001 VW T4 we've just had in. Came in looking a bit sorry for itself.
New front/rear wheel arches, sill panels, various repairs around the van. Big old nasty repair on the side. Someone had got a bit excited with the expanding foam and filler. New Inner front wheel arches and some plates fabricated and welded in. The middle side panel is the only section you cant seem to buy, so had to fabricate one to weld in. Then a full respray by Ca vehicle body repairs. Also got a new front screen.
Big job, but turned it around in about 4 weeks.

Top quality paint job, makes the van look like new again.

Nearly the final big job of the year.

Had been done once before by a bodyshop, but the rot had just been bodged over, so I chopped all the rot out and fabricated all new sections other than the 2 new sill panels.

The end of another very busy week.

We got this little Fiat 595 in for a nasty side panel repair, new wing and a 2nd hand door. The side was stuffed right in. Bit of repair work getting it back out to where its meant to be.
Painted and Back out to a very happy customer today.

Time to chill out for the weekend and recharge, ready for next week.

Mercedes 190e all done.
2 new wings, Front bumper repaired, Both full sides painted and the bootlid.

Car came in looking a bit sorry for itself. Bootlid was a right mess, Both sides full of dents a scrapes and the wings were rotted away.

An old Mercedes 190e in need of a little bit of TLC.
The Near side quarter panel around the bottom of the rear screen had rotted away. So we removed the Screen, chopped the rot out and had to fabricate a new section to weld in.

I'll post updated pics of it painted and finished next week.
