Phase 1 of getting the caravan removed in progress , out with the old and in with the new . Can’t wait to see its replacement , very luxurious and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 😊.

Free day outs in September

🏰 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿! 🌿

Some of North Wales’ best-known historic attractions will open free of charge as part of Cadw’s annual Open Doors festival.

Highlights include:

🏰 Plas Newydd, Ynys Môn
📅 12–13 September | 9.30am–5pm
Explore the historic house, gardens and parkland overlooking the Menai Strait. Art activities will also be available. No booking required.

🏰 Penrhyn Castle, Bangor
📅 19–20 September | 10am–5pm
Enjoy free entry to the castle and grounds, with slate-splitting demonstrations throughout the weekend and Victorian kitchen baking on Sunday. No booking required and parking is free.

🌺 Bodnant Garden, Conwy
📅 12–13 September | 9.30am–5pm
Enjoy free entry to this spectacular Grade I-listed garden, with its Italianate terraces, riverside walks and colourful late-summer displays of dahlias, roses and hydrangeas. No booking required.

More than 200 historic sites, landmarks and hidden gems across Wales are taking part during September, although some activities must be booked in advance.
