Our local instructors offer personalised lessons, and we also offer comprehensive driving instructor training. Access Driving Tuition was established over 27 years ago. We decided to start up the Driving School to give people the chance to have Driving Lessons at affordable prices, and also from local Driving Instructors in Hinckley Leicestershire. Our aim was to build a Driving School in Leicest

ershire which would bridge the gap between the solitary one man band offering Driving Lessons, and the large national Driving Schools which offered Driving Lessons at a more expensive rate, so we aimed to offer a high standard of Driving Tuition at a reasonable price, but still keeping the personal one to one approach with our pupils

We realised to achieve this goal of providing high quality Driving Tuition we needed to find the highest quality Driving Instructors possible. We have always only recruited only the best Driving Instructors, who have not only excelled in their ability to teach people to Drive, but they also have a proven track record of getting their pupils through their Driving Test, the vast majority being the first time. We wanted Driving Instructors who would be patient, and able to vary their teaching methods to suit each individual pupil needs. We wanted to make the Driving Lessons fun and enjoyable whilst giving the pupil the skills they need to be safe on the road. Last but not least we looked for those driving instructors who have very high communication skills, Driving Instructors who are able to put the message across without complicated jargon. I honestly believe Access Driving Tuition has the best driving instructors in Leicestershire. Due to Access Driving Tuitions on going success we are urgently looking for Driving Instructors to join our team in Hinckley and Leicester area.

Congratulations to George who passed his driving test first time yesterday with just two driving faults.
George had to negotiate road works and road closures at the beginning and end of his test, right by the test centre, but took it in his stride. Lessons and private practise paying off (thanks go to Mum).

Congratulations go to Korben today, passing his driving test first time earlier today.
Our journey together started several years ago when Korben was 4! I was teaching Korben’s Mum to drive, and obviously seeing Mum drive gave him a young interest in driving as you can see.
So I was delighted to get that call a year ago “Korben’s nearly 17, could you possibly teach him to drive?” Yes yes yes ☺️ Documented with a picture for Mum, plus a pass ones today!

Congratulation to Emma, passing her driving test earlier today with very low driving faults.
Emma managed to grab a cancelation at fairly short notice so opted to go in her own car. Having had plenty of private practise this was a great option (big up to Mum and Dad for that practise)

Congratulations to Sam.
Worth the early start on a sunny but chilly morning. Sam passed with very low driver faults. One of which was missing a mirror check before braking a little harsh to save a pigeon 🐦 Which despite the fault we were all glad the pigeon came to no harm.

Interesting and useful meeting last night at the driving instructors association.

Last night I joined local driving instructors in a roundtable about the Government’s consultation on introducing a minimum 6-month learning period for learner drivers 🚙

It was an interesting discussion on the practicalities of some of the proposals, which includes a minimum number of supervised practical driving hours and mandatory logbooks or e-learnings.
