🔥 Cwmdu Cash Chaos – Important Weekend Information 🔥
We’re almost ready for the biggest cash autograss meeting of the year, so here are the key details you’ll need for the weekend.
📍 Venue:
The Ovals, Lyonsall, HR5 3LN
🛒 Trade Stands & Club Members
Trade stands and Club Members are the only ones who can arrive Thursday night.
🚗 General Arrival
Gates open Friday at 9.00am – please do not arrive before this time.
This is a cash gate, so please have the correct money where possible.
🅿️ Pit Parking
If you have paid for Pit Parking, you will be directed to your allocated space on arrival.
📧 Drivers
Please have your confirmation emails ready.
Signing-on fee: £30
On payment of your signing-on fee, you will be given a gold wristband — this must be presented at signing-on and must be kept on all weekend to prove payment.
If you wish to leave the venue, pass-outs will be given.
🔧 Scrutineering & Signing-On
Friday: From 4.00pm
Saturday: From 7.30am
📣 Drivers’ Meeting & Racing
Drivers’ meeting: 8.30am Saturday
Racing starts: 9.00am Saturday AND 9.00am Sunday
The exact format (heats etc.) will be confirmed Saturday morning — our aim is to deliver as much racing as possible.
🎟️ Spectator Prices
Adults: £30 for the weekend (£15 per day)
12–16 yrs & concessions: £15 for the weekend (£7.50 per day)
Under 12s: FREE
Saturday arrivals: Must pay for both days
Refunds: Available on Saturday up to one hour after racing finishes
Camping: FREE for all spectators and drivers
Spectators will be given a BLUE wristband on arrival — this must be kept on all weekend to prove payment.
If you wish to leave the venue, pass-outs will be given.
⏰ Gate Times
Friday: 9.00am – midnight
Saturday: 6.00am – midnight
Sunday: from 7.30am
Security will be on site both nights.
🍻 Bar & Entertainment
Bar open Friday through to Sunday night
Disco on Saturday night
💧 Facilities
Water available on site.
You will be given a bin bag on arrival, and there are plenty of bins around the venue — please use them to help keep the site clean and tidy.
