Happy Friday everyone!

Abit quiet on here but again keeping very busy!

Transit which we installed new outer sills , inner sill repairs to both sides along with some other works
Carried on by bodywork to lower section of the van including a nasty repair on the sliding door .
Customer choice of a dark blue to complement the brighter original colour of the van

Josh’s Subaru more extensive work carried out to inner sills , outrigger from chassis at the front ,to rear inner and outer arch replacements , again all inners made in house.

A T4 for repair to end of the sliding door rail and inner aswell as lower inner and outer arch

Aswell as a couple small exhaust repairs just recently

Happy Friday all !

Some more to the BMW e30 project, new floor panels being made from scratch , including locating throttle pedal and pedal bump stop. Some chassis rail repairs also.

Last big fabrication job on this project then onto its wheels for front and rear end repairs to be carried out .

Morning everyone

Unfortunately we are still without power so will not be open again today .

Hopefully we will be back on soon , thanks to our customers for understanding the situation.

Well that’s a wrap !

Final job before Christmas doing a makeover on this T6 Ford Ranger

2” suspension lift
95mm wheel arch extension with stainless steel hardware
Modular Wheels 10J ET -32 Wrapped in some lovely
BF Goodrich All terrain tyres
Replacement smoothed Black front grill with LED lights
Bonnet bulge/scoop to complete the aggressive transformation

Safe to say this Ranger has turned into one to remember.

All completed in 2 days and back to the customer on Christmas Eve

We really enjoyed this one and the customer is over the moon and that’s the main thing 😎

As we enjoy a couple days off ide like to thank all our customers this year and a very big Merry Christmas to you all !

Happy Friday everyone 😎

Been another busy couple of weeks here especially with another BMW!

One job we have recently undertaken is this beautiful E46 M3, The Daddy of the E46 platform.

Apon inspection after a pressure wash and deep clean we soon realised the rear subframe and mounting areas to the body required some serious attention, with some perishing and failing bushes also found

Stripped rear subframe , fuel tank and all fuel breather system including filler neck, heat shielding and all drivetrain parts included in the subframe removal to strip the m3 to its bare bones.

Several cracks and failed spot welds discovered on the bare metal process including sand blasting which left untouched/undiscovered would result in far greater repairs/replacements.

Cracks and areas affected repaired so we moved onto the install of the lower subframe mount reinforcement plates.

Replacement subframe stripped down sand blasted and epoxy primed

Underside of vehicle also epoxy primed to seal.

Ready to move inside the car for the top of the subframe mounts to be beefed up.

Much more prep ,tidying up work to do on the m3 but in the making of keeping this survivor car going for the owner to enjoy for many years to come.

Good morning all !

We have had a recent cancellation for a small welding job so please get in touch for anything you may need doing !

Undersealing? …..

And if you book in with us in the future please give us a heads up on a cancellation if you can , unfortunately we have had a few jobs cancelled and we had to contact the customer to find out what’s going on.
Understandable things come up but unfortunately on these occasions were only a phone call away from a cancellation some time before the booking.
