Tricky access? Not a problem for us at V.A Henderson, to some people this task was a big job but for us it was just another day in the office.

We delivered this precast base and substation for one of our long term customers the other week. This job had a few challenges to overcome.

First being access, the location for the sub was round the back of a 132kva substation so we couldn’t get the lorry anywhere near it.

However, with the help of our jeko spk60 and tracked carrier we completely this job with ease.

Another challenge we faced was the base was over 3m wide so we had to obtain the correct movement order to transport it on the road.

Overall the job went smoothly and the customer is happy so therefore so are we!

Another machine move completed today for Microtec EDM. We first had to remove the machine from the previous owners workshop.

Then transport it to Microtecs workshop, where we had to first move a couple machines within their workshop to make room for the new (to them) machine.

Then we could install the machine exactly where they desired and to finish the day of nicely, we then removed an old machine that is being collected tomorrow.

Another difficult install done by our team this morning in Harold hill. X2 20ft one trip containers delivered fresh out the docks, then scated into the customers workshop and placed precisely where they wanted them.

Another difficult install completed by our team the other morning in north London. Thanks to our tracked carrier and JT Cranes spider crane, we made light work of what would normally be a difficult job. All equipment was delivered by one of our rigid hiab vehicles.

Another all terrain install done by the team the other day. We used our Jeko SPK60 and 4000 series tracked carrier which allowed us to carry out this otherwise tricky install safely and easily.

Lovely job at the start of this week for direct transportation limited. Bit of a technical lift this one, requiring spreader bars and long slings to avoid any damage to the cooling pack mounted on top of the unit.

It was also classed as a wide load coming in at 3.1m so we attained the correct movement order, so we could transport this safely and legally all the way to Hereford in wales!

The other day we assisted Upminster Containers Ltd in landing 3 bespoke colour matched classsroom units to Thorpe Hall School. With the help of our Jeko Spk60 crawler crane and Yanmar tracked dumper. We carried the three units across the school playground and field to their new home in front of the seaglass sports centre.

Some more tough access jobs completed over the past couple of weeks. With the help of JT Cranes spider crane and our tracked platform. We were able to complete these jobs with ease!

Another long reach install done by our mighty 71000E9 Cormach. We used our track matting on the grass to avoid any damage being done to the owners garden.

Was a pleasure to assist Emcon Industrial Services the other day in transporting a Zund plotting table, from near tower bridge in London to its new home in Kent.
