This 2003 Toyota RAV4 has been owned from new and meticulously maintained by the same owner for the past 23 years.

Being trusted with a vehicle that has been so well cared for is always a privilege and this was certainly a job we were excited to take on.

The notoriously soft Japanese paint from this era presented its own challenges but it also gave us the perfect opportunity to flex our muscles and really showcase what we can do.

We carried out our black label and finished with Gyeon ceramic coating

One way to brighten up a very wet and miserable Tuesday is this stunning Zesty Yellow MINI Cooper Convertible.

New to its owner just a few weeks ago she decided to skip the dealership's paint protection package. While these can often come with a hefty price tag they're frequently applied using inferior products and don't always offer the level of protection you'd expect.

Instead she chose to properly protect her latest purchase. When you think about it a car is usually the second biggest investment you'll make after your home so it makes perfect sense to keep it protected and looking its best.

We carried out our Black Label Package before coating every available surface with Gyeon ceramic coatings. This outperforms the dealership's offering at around one third of the price.

Being a convertible we also gave the fabric roof a deep clean and applied dedicated protection. It's a commonly overlooked job but one we recommend having done twice a year to keep the roof looking its best and maintain its waterproofing.

Our good friend and neighbour at the unit William from Going with the grain joinery was off to a car show today with his Honda Civic so he asked what we could do to freshen it up.

With incredibly low mileage and having been looked after meticulously it was a bit of a challenge to raise the bar but that's exactly what we love and what separates us from others

A deep clean followed by a full Gyeon ceramic coating gave it that extra bit of magic and left it looking absolutely box fresh.

I even gave up my Saturday night to get it finished in time but seeing it gleaming and ready for the show made it well worth it.
