🚗 Workshop Booking & Assessment Policy 🚗
All vehicles that are booked in will receive an initial assessment as scheduled.
Any ongoing work or additional repairs identified after the assessment will be prioritised strictly according to our booking schedule and availability — not by the number of phone calls, messages, turning up on site, or hassle we receive from a customer.
We kindly ask all customers to respect our process. Repeated contact or applying pressure will not result in faster service.
Customers who continually disrupt our workflow may be asked to collect their vehicle and have it removed from site.
We will not be pressured into carrying out work before its allocated booking slot. Our system ensures fairness and quality service for everyone.
