A bird’s-eye view of the new build over in Warsash, with the foundations down and the footprint of this impressive property really starting to reveal itself. 👀

One thing we will say — the photos are deceiving! It’s actually quite difficult to appreciate from these pictures just how substantial this property is going to be.

Once complete, this will be an incredible home spanning three floors, so what you’re seeing from above is only the beginning! 🏠

Great progress from the team and exciting to watch this build start to come out of the ground.

We’re making great progress on this exciting wraparound single-storey extension and full loft conversion in Burridge!

The finished project will create a fantastic new space for the family, including:

✨ A large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area
✨ A separate playroom
✨ A brand-new utility room
✨ The kitchen will feature a skylight roof lantern, bringing plenty of natural light into the heart of the home
✨ A full loft conversion with two large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom

The project is really taking shape, with the brickwork now complete, along with the first-fix electrics and plumbing. Floor insulation is in, all major structural works have been completed, including the steels, and the new roof is on.

The loft conversion is also progressing well, with the dormers now installed, creating the additional space needed for the two new bedrooms and large bathroom.

Everything is being carried out in accordance with the relevant Building Regulations, ensuring the finished extension and loft conversion are built to the required standards.

And so the brickwork begins!

We’re really pleased to see the first of the bricks going down on this build, and what a beautiful choice they are. The stunning cream and ivory tones, with those subtle splashes of dark grey running through are going to look fantastic once the build really starts to take shape.

It’s a must that we also say a very big WELL DONE to our loyal young lad, Oscar 👏 He’s now newly qualified in bricklaying and has been getting stuck in and helping out on this particular job. He’s doing fantastic, it’s brilliant to see him picking it up so well!!

And not forgetting the rest of the team — everyone is doing a cracking job, especially working in this heat! ☀️🔥

🚜 WHAT A WEEK! 🏡
The foundations for our latest new-build executive home, complete with a separate annex and garage, are officially dug! 👏

Which means… it’s time to say Bye to the digger! 👋🚜😂

It’s been a busy one, and we’ve achieved loads — including getting the rear garden levelled, so the whole site is really starting to take shape.

But this is more than just digging a big hole in the ground! 😉

This is where the expertise of our team really matters. Getting the foundations, levels, drainage and groundworks right from the very beginning is absolutely crucial to building a home that is safe, structurally sound and fully compliant with Building Regulations.

And we’re not hanging around…

👉 This week:
🔹 Concrete pour for the foundations
🔹 Drainage and pipework
🔹 Another big step towards seeing this home come to life

This week has kicked off with the arrival of the dumper and large digger, as work gets underway on the initial excavation. Everything is being carefully coordinated today by our Development Director James and Site Manager, Jay alongside our highly skilled team to ensure the project gets off to a smooth and safe start.

Over the course of this week, our focus will be on digging out the foundations and installing the drainage system—two key milestones that lay the groundwork for everything to come.

We’ll be sharing regular updates as the build progresses, so keep an eye on our page to follow the journey from the ground up! 👷‍♂️

We are on site at the new Warsash project meaning the vans have officially arrived! 🚐 🏡

Today we sussed out the land again, measured up and pegged out ready for the dig to start on Monday!!! After seeing it today the clients already decided where the kitchen table will be going 😂

We won’t lie though - working in this heat has been a real challenge but we bossed it! 🌞💪🥵
