One for the Retro lovers amongst you. A 1999 Gary Fisher Kaitai. Gary Fisher is considered to be the Godfather of mountain biking. He and his brother developed the first 'mountain bike' around 1979/80. They later collaborated with Trek in the early 1990's, developing their bikes. The paintwork is a bit shabby on this example but everything works well and it's lovely to ride. It has the original Rockshox Judy front forks, Shimano DX clipless platform pedals, Shimano LX rear derailleur, Shimano Alivio crankset and front derailleur. I've fitted brand new V brakes/shifters and new cables all round. Grab yourself a piece of mountain biking history. Another bike up for sale. Carrera Vulcan, 18" frame. Serviced by myself, with new chain and inner and outer gear cables both front and rear. Cable actuated disc brakes, 3x7 gears with trigger shifters. In good condition and everything works as it should. There is a mudguard and rear rack for the bike as well should you want them. Fully serviced and for sale. Carrera Vulcan, 18" frame, new chain, new inner and outer gear cables front & rear. In good condition and everything works as it should. Cable actuated disc brakes, 3x8 chainset with trigger shifters. Bottle cage fitted and there's a rear mudguard and rack for it if you want them. I've had the honour of being tasked with getting this lovely bike looking good and riding good for a young man who will be receiving it as a birthday gift. It's had a full service with some parts including tyres and saddle, but I think the finishing touch is the new set of graphics for the forks. It finishes it all off nicely. Hopefully he'll be as pleased as punch to receive it.
