Another 90 back on the road after number of jobs to get it ready for a mot.

Reconditioned steering box.

Chassis welding.

Number of electrical issues and switches.

New battery.

Front axle rebuild with new swivels, bearings, seals/gaskets, brakes discs, callipers, brake pipes, CV joint and half shaft.

Hand brake cable.

Adjustment on the hi/low linkage.

Fan belt.

Washer jet just name a number of jobs that got this vehicle. All done in house by us.

Last Sunday did are own outing in are series 3 after a welding session up to London for the evening Land Rover run. Best time to see the lights of London!

One of the many land rovers, that took part in the land rovers of London meet this morning. Yesterday was last minute preparations to get this nice little series 3 up and running again for its trip up to London. Carb stripped, serviced and fuel bowl cleaned out was running again once more. Saw a number of vehicles we have worked on. On customers pages and story’s. Great to vehicles being used and enjoy!

Now the tdci age of defenders are getting that bit older now. Finding more needing cross members and other areas of rust. This 90 had brand new genuine cross member welded on and number other upgrades like the genuine A bar, nas rear step and a snorkel from mantec.

Really nice series 3 that’s been in for some engine work. Came with blown head gasket and running badly. The head was re manufacturing Gas flow and hardened valves fitted. Did number other jobs along the way.

Don’t get much bigger than a 130 ambulance. Helped get it ready for going for overlanding later this year. Number of upgrades being heavy duty weld on diff pans and also painting galvanised chassis. Stronger washer jet for those long dusty roads ahead.
