Next Car Meet at TCC 2/08/26

Hi all - with the last meet being a week later than planned and 2 cricket matches happening on the 26th.

The next meet will be on the 2nd August at the TCC.

Gates open from 08:00 and Craves Food Bar will be open from 8:30 see link for menu and prices.

Car Meet Tickhill Cricket Club
Hi everyone next Sunday, when this monthly meet is usually held at the club, it has just been confirmed that the Mens Cricket team will be playing cricket from 11.00 and therefore have potentially offered Sunday 5th July as an option. Car Meet at TCC Tickhill
Hi all - Handing the Car Meet baton this month over to Gary and Kenzie from the Doncaster Car Enthusiasts Club to run the meet, as I will be at the National Kit & Sports Car Show, Malvern with my company EXO Concepts. Gates will be open from 08:00 until 12:30, as there is a Womens Cricket Match scheduled for a 13:30 start. The food bar will be open, as well as the main clubhouse from 08:00. We have full use of the hard standing as well as the lower parking lot, which will be marshaled by Gary, Kenzie etc. If the weather is like it is now, it should be a hive of activity and if you require hard-standing, please let Gary know in advance. I will hopefully catch up with you all in June, when hopefully my Renegade should be ready and road legal!
Those of you going to Malvern it would be great to see you!

Just a reminder that the next Car Meet for all types of cars will be at the Tickhill Cricket Club on the 26/04/26. Gates are open from 08:00, with the food bar and club facilities being open from 08:30.
The weather is supposed to be good to us and the over-spill carpark is now open. We are already getting confirmations, so if you require hard standing or require further information, please drop me a line at [email protected].

Now that 2025 is over and hopefully the weather will improve, so we can get the snow foam and the hose pipes out - Exo Concepts and the Exo Owners club with be at the Replica and Self Build Festival on the 18-19th July at the NAEC Stoneleigh. Tickets are on sale now and if anyone wants to bookyour tickets early - drop our discount code EXO30 for 30% off. Be great to see you where you can see some of our owners cars and chat to their owners and the EXO team!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who turned up on the 25th Jan. It was a wet and miserable morning but was great to see so many cars show up.

So much so that I have now got confirmation from TCC that we can host the following monthly meets:
February 22nd
March 29th
April 26th
May 31st

The start times are gates open from 08:00 with the food bar up and running from 08:30. we have capacity for 30 cars on hard standing and if the weather is good and the mud becomes grass again, we can take up to 90 cars. However if you want hard standing, please drop me a line at [email protected] Finally remember its for all cars and the drivers who want to show them off or chat with others committed to the cause 😎

Happy New Year everyone!
Just a quick line to let you know the meets at the Tickhill Cricket Club are back up and running for 2026.
The first one is next weekend (25th Jan ).
Apologies for the short notice, but didn't know how the recent bad weather would pan out.
With the weather being so poor, we are limited to about 30 cars on the hard standing only.
So if you are looking to attend, drop me a line soonest to secure a space.
Hopefully as the weather improves, we will be able to use the grassed area too.

Hi everyone

Just a quick line to let everyone know that due to the recent bad weather and Christmas bookings taking precedence. The car meet scheduled for the 21st December has had to be postponed until January. I will be in touch with a new date and want to wish everyone a happy Christmas and a fuel filled new year
