🌟🌟🌟🌟 A fantastic First Time pass today for Zade! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Huge congratulations Zade, you did brilliantly!

The industry average number of hours (with an instructor) required to pass your driving test and become a safe, independent driver is 44 hours plus 20 hours of private practice.

Zade has passed with 28 hours of tuition having no previous car or motorcycle experience. He has had a car to practice in for the last few months which has really helped his progress. Zade has also fully engaged in the learning process. He has been very reflective and watched the suggested videos before each lesson so he could understand the theory before putting it into practice during lessons.

Some students require many more hours than the average...and that's ok. Everyone learns at different rates. The important bit is to become a safe, independent driver. Lessons are client centred so planned to meet each individual's needs based on how each student learns.

We have discussed the importance of continuing to drive the way he has been taught and he will be getting a black box which will monitor his driving and ensure he stays safe and gets those insurance premiums down. He knows he needs to own his car (with My car, My rules) and if he has any passengers will ensure he doesn't become distracted.

Huge congratulations to Seb, who passed today with just 2 driver faults. 👏👏👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊

I took on Seb after he had been to "school of Mum" back in 2021! To be honest, she didn't do a great job and had put Seb forward for test when he probably wasn't ready. She didn't really know what she was doing back then! 😲😬

My Learner Driver wasn't available when she tried to teach him....boy she would have benefitted from it!! However, Seb did inspire his Mum to become a driving instructor.

After 2 years of training, Seb's Mum learnt how to break down the elements of driving to teach students how to become a good, safe, independent driver. She learnt coaching skills and how to be client centred, adapting her teaching according to a student's needs. His Mum passed 3 exams and qualified as an Approved Driving Instructor in 2024.

Seb spent 4 years at College in the USA, passed his test out there and this week has completed an intensive course with me where he was more than ready to take his test.

If you hadn't already guessed, I am Seb's Mum!!

I'm so pleased for you Seb. Thanks for sticking with me...you could have sacked me off as "school of Mum" didn't work! 🤣🤣.

In all seriousness, you should be so proud of yourself. Your resilience, your attitude and your determination to succeed when I know it wasn't easy. You're usually so calm but nerves played a huge part today....you did brilliantly to keep them in check. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jessie, what can I say! You have been an absolute delight to teach. Your work ethic and determination have shone through to help you achieve this fantastic, but so well deserved, result.

You have had me in fits of laughter with your fantastic sense of humour, I will miss our lessons....but I could not be happier for you to obtain this life skill.

You should be so proud of yourself, I'm sure your parents are so proud of you too. Their support in taking you out to practice has helped enormously.

What an absolute pleasure it has been to help Grace reach this important milestone, working alongside her parents. Their family humour made me laugh each week! 😆

🌟🌟🌟Huge congratulations to Natalie who passed first time today!

Natalie is 36 weeks pregnant, she understandably had some test nerves but managed to keep things in check and show what a great driver she is. So impressive when so close to due date!

This will make things so much easier once baby is born as Natalie lives in a very rural location.

Natalie, it was great fun and an absolute pleasure to work with you and help you achieve this life skill. Wishing you all the very best to you, Josh and bump. I look forward to meeting junior when he arrives! 🎉🎉🎉🌟🌟🌟

🌟I'm absolutely delighted for Izzy who passed her test this morning with not one, but two examiners! We had a 2nd examiner observing this morning.

Izzy had some test nerves, as many students do. We used commentary driving to really help Izzy focus on her driving, we built confidence, to have trust in her training and know she is a very good driver.

Izzy's commentary was absolutely text book, I wish I could have recorded it!

Her Awareness, Planning, Anticipation and Judgment were all voiced through her commentary. It showed the examiners what an excellent driver she is with the observing examiner commenting what a lovely drive she had today.

Izzy...it has been an absolute pleasure to work with you. You should be so proud of yourself! We have certainly had some laughs along the way🤣. I know how much easier this will make life for you without having to rely on public transport. I look forward to seeing you and Sylvie on the road! 😄
