🌟🌟🌟🌟Huge congratulations to Ishbel who passed this morning with just 1 driver fault🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ishbel, it's been an absolute pleasure to work with you to help you achieve this life skill. I know how much independence it will give you living in rural Devon.

I've loved the family humour - Gill Lee and Chris it's been such a pleasure to get to know you as a family. Ishbel deciding to keep you all in suspense until we arrived home sums up the banter between you all! 🤣🤣 Thanks so much for the home grown veggies!!

Wishing you all the very best Ishbel with your ambitions re university and safe driving! Take care out there! 🎉🎉🎉

Angus, it's been a complete pleasure to teach you this life skill. I have loved working with you, I thought I had a dry sense of humour but yours is comparable to the Sahara!! 🤣🤣

I'm so happy for you...I know how much freedom this will bring you in terms of getting to gigs. Everyone should check out Wish Hounds on Spotify....Angus is an incredibly talented musician and song writer.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟An absolutely outstanding 0 fault pass today for Lizzie! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🙌👏👏👏🙌

Examiner John congratulated Lizzie for an excellent drive.

Lizzie, you have been such a lovely student to teach. I have loved our lessons, you are one of those really decent human beings who lights up any room.

I could not be happier for you today....you have been an excellent driver for a while now, you just needed to believe that! To deliver a 0 fault drive shows just how good you are. Only 4% of tests result in a 0 fault pass!!

Enjoy the independence this will bring and good luck with everything. I feel like a proud Aunty!

Keep in touch and stay safe out there.

🌟🌟🌟🌟Huge congratulations to Tiffany who passed FIrst Time this morning with just 3 driver faults🌟🌟🌟🌟

An absolutely fantastic achievement which I know will make a huge difference to her life in terms of job opportunities and independence from a rural village. Like alot of students, Covid had a big impact on Tiffany's learning journey and she only came back to it this year after finishing university.

Tiffany, it has been a real pleasure to work with you to achieve this goal.

Wishing you every success in the future, take care and see you on the road 🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you and your Mum to help you achieve this Ellie. You have a natural ability to drive, your awareness has always been outstanding.

I'm so happy for you (and your Mum and Dad who won't have to ferry you around anymore!) 🤣

Stay safe out there and enjoy your independence. X

🌟🌟🌟🌟A fantastic First Time pass for Izzie this morning🌟🌟🌟🌟

Izzie, you have been an absolute pleasure to teach. I remember our first lesson so distinctly when you were sure you wouldn't be able to learn to drive. There have been ups and downs on your learning journey but your perseverance and determination have shone through! You have become an excellent, safe driver and despite your nerves today, you kept them in check and did it!

Take care out there and enjoy all the freedom this will bring you. I'm so happy for you! X

🌟🌟🌟🌟Huge congratulations to Lennon who passed First Time today in his own car, with just 2 driver faults! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lennon, you have been an absolute pleasure to teach. Full credit to you for absorbing everything I taught you and all the time you spent watching relevant videos to help with your learning. And....absolute credit to your parents who have taken so much time to take you out to practice, it minimised the amount of lessons you needed.

Good luck with the rest of your apprenticeship and stay safe out there. 👏👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Enjoy your freedom and independence, although be prepared for taxi duties for your Dad!

Please do keep me updated with your progress. Take care and see you on the roads 🎉🎉🤗

James May takes his driving test and is unsuccessful.

He is given one serious fault for excess speed but watching the footage, there should perhaps have been a further serious fault for lack of observations after the emergency stop.

It just shows, the driving test of today is not what it was in the 1980s/1990s.

James May passed his driving test in 1980. Can he do so again, desp...
