Manta 400 Turbo by Retropower Our brief for this project is to carry out an engine conversion to give the car the 'go' to match it's appearance!

The car came to us running a badly setup naturally aspirated C20XE. Our plan is to rebuild the engine to a high specification, and utilise an Eaton supercharger to give it more grunt throughout the rev range. The axle will be rebuilt with a steel torque tube, L*D and shorter final drive ratio. The Manta gearbox will be replaced with a stronger Omega box and a few other upgrades along the way.
