Looking ahead to next month, our 5th set of annual inductions, this time with a slice of Italy for Fiat & Abarth.

A reimagined experience going beyond traditional onboardings, combining brand's history and values alongside live Q&A sessions with product experts.

Across the two days delegates will develop future proof skills with the help of our training team, allowing them to gain the confidence they need to begin their journey within the retailer network.

Fiat's full range will be available on the day, including COTY Nominee Grande Panda, for delegates to experience. A couple of days full of surprises, but spaces are going fast.

The Dream Makers, Stellantis Performance Academy, at the Theatre of Dreams.

A few weeks ago, our talented media team had the privilege of spending the day at Old Trafford, supporting with production for their latest awareness video.

As an industry largely made up of men, this is a cause that resonates deeply with us. Creating space for conversation, support, and awareness around men’s mental health is more important than ever.

We’re proud to have played a small part in helping amplify such an important message.

Last week saw the class of 2026 from Corley Academy take to the track at the Stellantis Performance Academy as part of the STEM On Track initiative.

Corley Academy, a specialist secondary school supporting students with complex communication and social needs, brought karts built within the school and put them straight to the test on our Launchpad, each getting the chance to get behind the wheel of their own work.

With six places up for grabs at the next stage, there was a real sense of competition across the day, as theory quickly turned into something tangible on track.

A standout day in the calendar, not only for the spectacle but for the impact it continues to create. The energy around the track said everything.

Appreciation to everyone across Stellantis Performance Academy who supported the day.

2/2 Inductions, Citroën complet 🇫🇷!

Two days immersed in the world of Citroën, where comfort is not just a feature, it defines the brand. Delegates explored the full vehicle range, from core mechanical elements through to a deeper understanding of performance and everyday usability.

Guided support from our training team, alongside EV experts Accelerating The Switch, provided valuable insight into charging FAQs and standout vehicle features.

The experience was rounded off with a visit to our launchpad, offering hands-on time with Citroën’s latest models, including a special appearance from the Citroën Ami.

Another successful induction, building knowledge and confidence for the future of our industry.

What better way to step into a brand with such rich legacy than a two day induction designed to truly immerse our delegates. From product deep dives to hands on moments designed to bring Jeep to life, it isn't only an induction, it's an experience.

Stellantis Performance Academy is at Silverstone for the National Transition Event 2026.

As the UK’s largest Armed Forces Employment & Transition Event, it supports service personnel and veterans exploring their next career pathway.

Recognised as a lead employer in youth engagement, Stellantis Performance Academy is proud to sponsor the Youth Zone, located on Mezzanine Level 1 as well as a stand within the automotive hall where attendees can learn more about us.

This year marks a first in the event’s seven-year history, bringing wider youth advocacy into the programme and creating new opportunities for veterans to continue serving through youth movements.

Our first inductions of 2026: Complete.

Last week, we welcomed over 100 colleagues from our retailer network, representing Peugeot and Vauxhall, to the Stellantis Performance Academy for their brand induction days.

Across immersive sessions, attendees explored the latest vehicle technologies, deepened their product knowledge and experienced dedicated ride and drive activities designed to bring each brand to life.

From detailed product walkarounds to understanding the technical foundations of BEVs, the day combined insight with hands on experience, strengthening both expertise and brand connection.

A huge thank you to the Academy team for delivering another high quality, engaging programme that continues to support and develop new members of our retailer network.

Closing in on a busy at Stellantis Performance Academy, it feels right to pause and reflect on what was an impactful year.

Throughout 2025, more than 2,500 individuals stepped through the Academy doors, each with their own story, ambition, and belief that learning could open the next chapter of their career.

Across the year, our expert trainers delivered 300+ blocks of training, supporting learners to achieve an impressive 98% pass rate. A testament not just to outcomes, but to the quality, care, and opportunity created within the Academy environment.

As we look ahead to 2026, the focus remains simple: creating opportunity, supporting ambition, and helping people take the next step in their careers.

Since completing their initial Rising Stars block, a number of apprentices have gone on to gain hands-on experience within our retailer network, stepping into real retail environments and applying what they’ve learned.

Starting out in a retail setting can feel daunting. However, following their time with the Stellantis Performance Academy, feedback from retailers has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the confidence, capability and professionalism our apprentices bring from day one.

We’ve welcomed students from a range of colleges into the Academy, giving them the opportunity to explore the apprenticeship pathways available and see first-hand how high-quality, employer-led training translates into real careers within industry.

As a centre of excellence for apprenticeship delivery, the Academy is committed to developing skilled, job-ready talent through industry-relevant learning that supports progression at every stage.

Apprenticeships offer a powerful route into employment, allowing individuals to earn while they learn, gain recognised qualifications, and build long-term careers without student debt. Employers benefit too, through motivated individuals trained with purpose and relevance.

As National Apprenticeship Week comes to a close, we’re proud to celebrate the role apprenticeships play in opening doors, supporting ambition, and shaping future careers.
