Hi Guy's apologise for the directness of this post to all our loyal, supporting understanding customers. However it appears a select few customers feel its acceptable to not pay for the work that's been done to their vehicles.

We understand that times are hard and everyone is struggling, this includes us as a business. If no payment has been made within 30 days of collecting the vehicle when it's been promised in good faith and this faith / trust has been broken then court action will follow. "Unless you've spoken with us and confirmed other arrangements" We are hear to help, I cannot stress that enough and would rather work things out as amicably as possible.

We are a business and provide a fantastic service to our many happy customers, who we go the extra mile for. However we are not a charity

When court proceedings are started we will add our additional costs / damages incurred accordingly which will get rather expensive pretty quickly.

We try to resolve this with various communication forms amicably with phone calls, messages, emails, text messages etc but people who fail to pay, ignore communication and are maliciously acting against us will receive court action or knocks on doors to resolve matters amicably as possible.
