It has been a busy few months in the workshop, so we are having a bit of a break.
From the 26th August we are having a shut down week as our staff take annual leave, so please be patient if you do message or email us, but rest assured we will be back on the 4th September and will respond as quickly as possible to all enquiries.

Fully loaded with a Forge Motorsport Induction Kit and BOV, with a Custom Turbo-back Exhaust and a Stage 1 by another tuner. This Seat Ibiza arrives for a little bit more performanc with our Custom Stage 2 software.
It's safe to say we achieve it with 22Bhp and 27Ftlb more than the existing software, and a total of almost 40Bhp and over 45Ftlb over stock software.

Arriving for a Stage 1 package, this Leon Cupra 300 gets treated to a Proram panel filter, a MST Performance - Europe V2 Turbo Intake with Turbo Elbow and our Custom Stage 1 software.
With a gain of almost 75Bhp and over 80Ftlb, it gives this hot hatch a noticeable improvement.

Fully loaded with an Induction Kit, BOV, a Custom De-cat Turbo-back Exhaust and our JBSL12 Hybrid Turbo, this 2017 VW Polo 1.2TSi arrives for our Custom Stage 3 software.
Running Stage 1 from another tuner, our Stage 3 software sees additional gains of 67Bhp and almost 60Ftlb.

Arriving for a bit of a boost, we fit this Mk7 Golf GTD with an uprated charge pipe and a Proram Panel Filter, all finished off with our Custom Stage 1 software and DSG software. Adding 43Bhp and over 50Ftlb, it's a very noticeable gain for this 2.0tdi.

Arriving with a low fuel pressure fault, we find the most worn cam follower that we have ever seen on an ea113 2.0tfsi engine.
Comparing the original (left) to the new (right) you can see how this damage has also worn down the cam lobe.
With this new camshaft, a new cam follower and new fuel pump internals, this one will be as good as new.

Already running our Custom Stage 1 software and fitted with an MST Turbo Intake Pipe, we add the Racingline R600 Intake, MST Performance - Europe Turbo Muffler Delete, Intercooler and Scorpion Exhausts Sport-cat Downpipe.
All topped off with an update to our Custom Stage 2 calibration, we see an additional 27Bhp and 23Ftlb over its existing Stage 1.

Fitted with a Induction Kit and BOV, with a custom Turbo-back Exhaust system, this 1.2tsi Ibiza arrives for our Custom Stage 2 remap.
With a remap from another tuner already installed, the customer got alot more than what he was expecting with a gain of 20Bhp and 13Ftlb over its existing Stage 1.
