♥️♥️ Izzie Laurence has passed her driving test ♥️♥️

🕜 Test time: 13:35
👨‍💼 Examiner: Stuart
✅ Result: PASS with 4 driving faults

Izzie started lessons with me on 27th July 2025.

I wasn’t Izzie’s first instructor and it genuinely makes me sad to hear that she had previously been told she would never get a manual licence. 😤

Well, today Izzie proved that was completely wrong. A fabulous test pass in a Manual car!

Izzie passed her theory first time on 6th October (Previous one ran out due to pausing her driving journey to have children 😊).

Originally we were going to test in March, but made the decision to move it because she wasn’t quite ready yet.

Looking back now, I’m so pleased we did. It was the right decision and today showed exactly why.

What has stood out with Izzie is the effort she put in outside the car too. Every single week she completed her lesson reflections. Every week she would tell me about a TikTok or YouTube video she’d watched to help her driving. She put in 100% effort and fully committed to the process.

This pass was earned 💪

♥️Enjoy the freedom, stay safe on the roads and thank you for being such a lovely pupil to teach. I’m incredibly proud of you and will miss you so much. ♥️

🥳 Sienna Tasker has passed her driving test! 🥳

Huge congratulations to Sienna Tasker who passed her driving test today on her FIRST attempt at Rhyl Test Centre with Examiner Keith.

A 4:24pm test in really busy conditions, makes this pass even more impressive.

I’ve been teaching Sienna since the 8th of October and she has honestly been an absolute pleasure to teach from start to finish. Always on time, reliable and ready to give 100%.

Sienna is one of those pupils every instructor hopes for. Calm, hardworking, reflective and always willing to listen and improve. She put everything into learning to drive and today all that effort paid off.

What makes this pass even more special for me personally is that Sienna also helped me through my own ADI Part 3 journey, allowing my trainers to sit in on her lessons, which helped to support me through my own exams.

It was brilliant watching her get over the line today.

I honestly couldn’t be prouder. Shout out must also go to her mum Rachel Teece & her Grandad who have supported her journey by providing her with lots of opportunities to get in private practice.

Thank you, Sienna, for being such a fabulous pupil and thank you for all your kind words in recommending me to others, including the lovely Evie Jones who passed just a few weeks earlier on 23rd April.

♥️Wishing you a lifetime of safe, confident and happy driving.
Stay safe out there and enjoy your freedom. ♥️

Local instructor "Spring Social"

We went to Challenge Point Chester and then headed to Salt House Tapas.

I met some instructors for the first time which was nice, but unfortunately I had to leave early to pick my daughter up. Great to catch up though even if not for a long time.

Can you spot your instructor in this short video?

💥1st Time Pass💥

Massive congratulations to Evie Jones who passed her driving test today in Chester, in her own car.

Evie had her first lesson with me on 4th December and has been consistent with weekly lessons ever since, alongside plenty of private practice with her dad.

She genuinely enjoys driving, and that’s shown every single week through her commitment and enthusiasm. Passing today with just 3 minors, gave her the opportunity to really demonstrate how safe and confident she is behind the wheel.

I wish her every happiness enjoying her new found freedom on the road. Evie has been a pleasure to teach and I'm so proud of her for mastering those test nerves today, locking in and getting that pass! 💫

🚨 THEORY TEST = PRIORITY 🚨Time and time again I hear:"My old instructor never mentioned booking my theory…”"I’ve had "x"...

🚨 THEORY TEST = PRIORITY 🚨

Time and time again I hear:

"My old instructor never mentioned booking my theory…”
"I’ve had "x" months of lessons and still haven’t booked it…”

In my opinion.

If you don’t get your theory booked and passed, it WILL cost you more money in the long run.

Why?

You can’t book your practical test without it

You end up having more lessons than needed while waiting

The end goal of a license is not in sight, and without private practice you end up having lessons to keep up your driving skills but with test waiting times you are still 5-6 months from a test date, once that test is passed. In my area booking a test today, would be in around September.

Studying for your Theory Test enhances your road knowledge, which is a massive help with lessons.

You stay focused and motivated as you know that license is a step nearer.

You save money

So if you haven’t booked it yet, do it today.

Your future self (and your bank account) will thank you 💸

I popped my last stress ball during a pupil’s driving test whilst in the waiting room and it ended up in the test centre bin 😅. £1 for 3 from The Entertainer, don't recommend.

So one of my amazing pupils turned up with this today, a much more robust replacement 💪

Izzie Laurence I think you know me too well 😂

Genuinely though, little things like this mean a lot.

I’ve got such a great bunch of learners, thoughtful, funny, and always keeping me on my toes.

Thank you 💛
