Members may have already seen our monthly newsletter drop this afternoon. We are moving back to The King Charles pub in Chesham for next Tuesday’s meet. Come down from 7pm to meet likeminded members. The venue serves great food and drink. Hope to see you there

For our May club night (2nd May) we have moved to Redbourn golf club to allow for more space & comfort, in anticipation of a good turn out as we are joined by Mark Cole, journalist & author & covered his 35th Le Mans in 2017.

We however need to let the golf club know, and if you intend to eat, this needs to be booked and paid for in advance.

We’re back tomorrow, 7th Feb for our first monthly members meet of 2023. As you’ve probably seen from the emails & Porsche Post, we’re now at a new venue: The C**k Inn, Sarratt, WD3 6HH.

Usual format: 7pm, good food on offer, followed by a presentation from Chris Wildsmith & Nick Arnold on driver improvement coaching & benefits. Look forward to seeing you then.

We hope everyone is keeping well. As covered in last week's newsletter, we have been invited to Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Team's webinar on Weds 10th March 1030-1130am.

We'll get a 3D tour of the existing North Weald Airbase, be introduced to key members of the team, including the CEO, Jane Gurney, who will talk through their challenges over the past year & how they are planning for the future.

Happy new year to all our region members. Just a reminder that there will be no club night in January as this falls too close to New Years and our annual dinner. Our monthly meets will resume from Tuesday 4th Feb where we will be joined by motoring and motor sport writer Michael Oliver as the guest speaker

A big thank you to everyone that came down to our annual Concours at Porsche Hatfield earlier this month. We had 63 entries spanning a wide range of Porsche models from an award winning 924, a few 944s, a beautiful 912, probably every permutation of 911, Boxsters/Caymans and finally an award winning Carrera GT. Thanks to all who attended to make the Concours such a special annual event.

We also want to extend our thanks to the following people: Dan Jones, Principal of Porsche Centre Hatfield, Charlene Nayler, for generously hosting the Concours event and providing welcoming refreshments and pastries, an excellent bangers and mash lunch as well as several raffle prizes. We are also very grateful to Dean Dionisiou, MD of M & A Coachworks for co-sponsoring the event and also providing raffle prizes.

Also a big thanks to all our judges, stewards & R21 committee member Ashley Miller, who organised the event for the 10th year. Over £300 was raised for Hertforshire Air Ambulance.
