Dear Goldhanger Classic Car Club Members,

This weekend is the Goldhanger Gala, with two events for Classic Cars:

Saturday 6th September
Classic Car display in the Chequers Pub Carpark
Classic Bike display in the Churchyard
All day event from 09:30 onwards
"Favourite Car" Competition

Sunday 7th September
Bacon Rolls, Tea and Coffee (Village Square/Chequers) - from 09:30
GCCC Ride-Out (Village Square/Chequers) - collect from 09:30, plan to leave about 10:30. Please note that this is a relatively short route so that all may join.

Pub meet at the Chequers this Tuesday!
Per the earlier email to members, we will be meeting in the billiards room at 7:30, or any time you like in the carpark with your cars.
Some may want to eat there, but please make sure you book a table as it can get quite busy.

Drive It Day - Sunday 27th April 2025

The GCCC Run will start at the Square (arrive 10:00 for 10:30 departure) and go to Stowe Maries Aerodrome for Brunch/Cakes, returning to Goldhanger early afternoon. A distance of circa 30 miles in total.

The Airman’s Mess Café and parking can be accessed without paying, however for those that wish to visit the museum and hangers there is an entrance fee to those.

NEC 2023 Classic Car Show Tickets
GCCC member Ian Croft has been invited to exhibit his lovely Lotus Elan +2, after it winning “best in show” last year.
