IF ANYONE KNOWS about these 1.5 crankseals, youll either call us daft or amazing. But we refuse to let vehicles go back if theyre not 100% right.

Transit connect in for clutch and flywheel replacement.
Found on initial inspection the crankseal to be leaking aswell as huge flywheel rattle :(
Gearbox out, remove pressure plate and friction plate (186k) on the clock, original hardware and still looked better than most!
Removed flywheel. Removed crankseal. Oh the crankseal.. now, any ford guys will know the issues with these and most recommend to leave them. BUT NO! Rebuilt it all back up and found seal was still leaking, second time lucky! No leaks on rebuild and van is back with the customer.
Job done! And id take on another crankseal in a heartbeat!
We love a challenge!
Another box ticked off the list :)
