Customer just had major work done with us regarding clutch and suspension components. They rebooked in with us for a timing belt replacement. As soon as parts arrived we replaced the parts so the customer was safely back on the road.

Vehicle started making an abnormal noise from the engine bay and the battery light was illuminated on dash. Customer was booked in for initial diagnostic. That same day we returned with a new auxiliary drive belt and tensioner and idler. All components were replaced and the customer was pleased.

Is your vehicle due a cambelt? If so get in touch for a free quote.
This customer had just had their vehicle fully serviced at a main dealership but got in touch due to needing a cam belt. We were able to arrange a day that was suitable for the customer due to the line of work she does. She was very pleased the work carried out and is now back on the road.

Follow up from a job we recently visited after replacing master cylinder. After using the vehicle more the customer had trouble engaging gears but we did previously advise the customer that the vehicle may also require clutch, flywheel and concentric slave. The gearbox and transfer box were removed and all components were replaced and re-assembled to be fully operational. We also replaced lower arms at the same time due to them being advised on the last MOT.

Customer got in touch due to no clutch pedal. After attending and carrying out a diagnostic we found that the master cylinder had failed. By removing the brake fluid cap you could see air bubbles within the brake fluid coming to the top of the reservoir. We advised that the concentric slave and clutch flywheel may also need replacing. The master cylinder was replaced and the vehicle now has a clutch pedal. However, after using the clutch more the vehicle encountered difficulty engaging certain gears so we re-attended to carry out further tests which confirmed that the vehicle did also require the clutch flywheel and concentric slave as previously advised.

Customer got in touch after experiencing intermittent loss of power followed by an engine light. We attended promptly to carry out a full system scan diagnosis using our autel diagnostic machine. This indicated a fault with the EGR Valve. A quick actuator test confirmed all wiring was correct and that the valve had failed. The part was ordered and we returned the next day to replace and program.

Customer got in touch after noticing their vehicle overheat. When they got out of the vehicle they noticed a puddle of coolant underneath. When I arrived my initial checks consisted of a coolant pressure test. To which I found the radiator leaking. A new radiator was ordered and I returned the following day to fit. System all bled up correctly, the fan kicked in when required and the needle for coolant temperature stayed at the correct position.

1998 ford fiesta. Customer stated they had a starting issue. Our initial inspection found the vehicle to be turning over correctly with strong compression. We removed the spark plugs and ignition coils and tested the spark from each coil and each individual plug which proved they were all ok. The next check was of the fuel supply to which we had none. Inspection of the fuel tank was carried out and fuel was present. Upon further inspection we found that fuel was not being supplied to the high pressure rail from the fuel tank. Further wiring checks pointed out no live feed was being supplied. After going through wiring diagrams and finding the correct fuses we found a 10a fuse was blown. The fuse was replaced and the vehicle was back up and running.

Customer got in touch due to lack of power. We carried out a system scan but there were faults stored for air flow. Customer mentioned to us they had recently had a full service. After a visual inspection of the engine bay we found the air intake pipe was not installed correctly by the other mechanic and therefore was causing the fault. This was rectified and I went on a road test with the customer so she had piece of mind.
