Our customer was in a rush to get to a suit fitting in Exeter for his wedding when he put in diesel rather than petrol! He left it in our capable hands to get it back up and running and we left him with some beers as a celebration for finding a suit for his big day!

10 litres of AdBlue in the diesel and run for only 10 seconds while trying to get off the driveway but it still broke down. After 2 hours of work it’s back running like new again, saving the customer thousands in garage bills! Whenever we do an AdBlue in the diesel job, like this one today, we always check the fuel filter. Even if the vehicle hasn’t been started/keys put in the ignition. As some vehicles can still prime the fuel pump with the fuel from the tank by simply opening the drivers door. Causing the contaminated fuel to be passed through the fuel system. This one was clean, but always worth the extra time to check everything is right

Had a very nice Mercedes Vito booked in today after it was filled with unleaded rather than Diesel and then driven back home. A bit of practice in case I ever mis-fuel my own van 😂
