This Sunday my famous 🚲 is going to be all of 1 (ish) mile away from where I was last Sunday 😂

Last week I was with the fab team from St Peter's Parish Festival in Power Park- this Sunday I am with the awesome team from PAL Fitness & Education CIC at in for their ⚽️🏹bouncy 🏰🏀🏓

Loads of activities for the little ones (and us big kids!) so the order of the day is - FUN! 🫡

Just returned from a fab, family, fun festival today - St Peter's Parish Festival in

A true community event and it was a pleasure to be welcomed back and see so many familiar faces. 👋🙏

My 🚲worked hard and today’s age range was a very respectable 3-90 years young- not bad for a home made bike with more guess work than down to an extensive “”r&d” program 😂

Great times, 💯s of 🍌🍊🍓🥭🫐 smoothies pedalled for.

Alas my reputation and speeding cyclists saw the police pitched up next to me- they were very accommodating as no speeding tickets were issued despite many a rider hitting over 40mph on my bike 😱

A returning family visiting Eastnor Castle on the weekend for the amazing 🌶️, were delighted to still see me and my famous in action.

The Pawson family visited in 2018 and 8️⃣ years later their daughters on the original photo have grown up a lot! I on the other hand (excluded from both photos 😔) have got shorter and have more grey hair 👨‍🦳

We of course had to replicate the moment 📷👍😁

Sure felt it on day 3️⃣ RHS Malvern Spring Festival / Malvern Autumn Show 🌺🪷🌼

Lots of fun in the sun 😎 at the Three Counties .

Pre breakfast/ breakfast/elevensy/lunch/mid afternoon and early evening 🍌🍊🍓🥭🫐 smoothies pedalled for all day long by 100s of riders ranging from 4️⃣ to 8️⃣2️⃣ years young!

What an amazing day - loved it

My deserves a medal 🥇 as it made over 500 smoothies today alone without missing a beat ❤️

Alas I was not fairing quite as well by the end of the day as the photo shows!😱😂

Until day 4️⃣ tomorrow then 👍
