Dave raced 600cc & 1000cc in Roadstock, SuperSport and Nation Endurance, winning a championship unbeaten in 2008. arley Moore. He has also instructed at many race circuits including Almeria, Quadix & Catalunya & Jerez in Spain. Dave has always had a keen interest in both Car & Motorcycle engines, always looking for ways to improve and gain more power and has a City & Guilds Qualification in Maintenance & repair. In 2018, Dave bought a Honda Civic Type R FN2 and a damaged Rotrex Supercharger kit for it. He was told Rotrex are not repairable but didn’t believe it, and so found suppliers for spares and manufacturing of spares to Rotrex Specification to repair his Rotrex C30-94, despite a lack of support from Rotrex
After successfully repairing the Rotrex, Dave posted on Facebook and got a lot of interest. He developed a Rotrex Upgraded impeller in February 2021 with support from a Impeller producer who enhanced and improved on the standard impeller, Named it T2. The T2 Impeller produced 5 psi boost more than the standard without any other modification to the car and gave 33 BHP more. Further development to the car saw it reach 443 BHP. Following lots of interest, Dave decided to start up as a business in August 2020 to offer help, support and service and upgrades. As Dave found when running into issues while fitting his kit there was no one to turn to, especially in evenings and weekends, making it hard to progress with the build. Dave offers support where he can out of usual opening hours to overcome this issue. Dave is still looking into ways to improve things further.
