Summer is finally here, and gone 😂

But driving in the sun brings its own set of challenges!

Before you set off on your next journey, make sure you’ve checked these three things:
🛞 Sunglasses: Keep a clean pair handy to combat sudden sun dazzle.
🛞 Screenwash: Summer bugs and dust can smear your windscreen instantly. Keep it topped up!
🛞 The 2-Second Rule: Bright light can delay your reaction times. Give yourself plenty of space from the vehicle in front.

I know the 6-month wait for local driving tests is frustrating. The best way to beat the backlog is to get your training started as soon as a space opens up!

The 'Show Me, Tell Me' part of the test often trips people up when they're nervous.

Here is one of the Tell Me questions:

Open the bonnet and tell me how you’d check that the engine has sufficient oil.

You need to be able to identify the dipstick/oil level indicator, describe how to check oil level against the minimum and maximum markers. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SHOW THEM HOW!
