We have a vacancy for a full time Vehicle Rental Assistant at our Biggin Hill office. We are looking for a person with an outgoing personality who pays attention to detail and is used to working with computer systems.
The role is a varied one that is mainly customer facing and will involve the booking of rental reservation and hire agreements by phone, online and face to face. It will also require the checking of vehicles on return, assisting with the delivery of vehicles, administration involved with the hiring of a vehicle and on occasion when we are busy the cleaning of a car or van ready for the next customer. Working five days during the week, Saturday mornings (with at least one off per month), your working day will be from 8.00am until 5.00pm and Saturday working will be from 8.00am to 12.00pm. It is not essential that the person can drive but would be helpful if they do.
Previous experience of the Vehicle Rental business is not required as full training will be given. 😆
