Another successful repair completed and another customer safely back on the road ✅

Customer contacted us reporting an airbag malfunction warning displayed on the dashboard along with the horn not functioning correctly on their Mercedes-Benz.

We attended the vehicle and carried out a full diagnostic inspection using the official Mercedes-Benz Xentry diagnostic system. After testing and fault tracing, we confirmed the issue to be a faulty SCM module.

We replaced the SCM module, checked for the latest software updates, carried out all necessary coding and calibrations, and completed final system testing to ensure everything was operating exactly as it should.

Vehicle now repaired and back on the road 🚗💨

Another job completed for one of our regular customers 👨‍🔧🚗

The customer contacted us regarding their Audi A1 after experiencing severe vibrations and poor engine performance. Due to how badly the vehicle was running, the customer didn’t feel safe driving the car, so we attended their home address to carry out a full diagnosis.

Using professional diagnostic equipment, we quickly identified a misfire on cylinder 3.

After removing the engine cover, the fault became obvious straight away — rodents had chewed through the engine wiring harness to coil pack number 3, causing the vehicle to misfire badly 🐭⚡

We then:
✔ Carried out wiring repairs to the engine harness
✔ Repaired the damaged wiring professionally
✔ Cleared all fault codes
✔ Performed a full road test to confirm the repair

Best of all, no replacement parts were required for this repair, saving the customer unnecessary costs 💰✅

Another successful repair completed for one of our customers on a Mercedes-Benz A-Class 🚗🔧

The customer reported that the alarm system was randomly triggering at all hours, causing a real inconvenience.

Before even attending the vehicle, we checked the latest Mercedes-Benz technical bulletins and found a known issue relating to the overhead control panel inside the vehicle, which can cause false alarm activations.

Once on site, we carried out a full diagnostic check using genuine Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment and quickly confirmed that the fault codes present matched the official Mercedes-Benz technical bulletin exactly.

To rectify the issue, we replaced the overhead control panel (OCP) using genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and then carried out the required coding and programming procedures to the OCP and ATA systems.

After repairs were completed, we performed full function tests to ensure the system was operating correctly and the fault had been fully resolved ✅

Late-night callout completed 🚗💨

Customer reported a squealing noise coming from their vehicle. Upon inspection, we found the auxiliary (V) belt was heavily worn and showing clear signs of deterioration following a previous visit.

As a first-stage repair, we supplied and fitted a genuine Mercedes-Benz belt on this CLA 45 AMG to ensure reliability and performance.

After replacement, the vehicle was road tested to confirm the noise had been eliminated — all running smoothly and ready to hand back to the customer.

Short answer… no — and here’s why 👇

On these engines, the timing chain is only part of the problem. By the time it’s worn, the guides, tensioners, and oil pump drive are usually worn or breaking down too.

If you only replace the chain:
❌ Old guides can fail
❌ Debris can block the oil pickup
❌ Engine damage can follow

A proper repair means:
✔ Full timing chain kit (chains, guides, tensioners)
✔ Oil pump chain
✔ Inspection & clean of the sump
