"Person taking call was polite, helpful and reassuring. Someone called after us paying the deposit to tell us someone is on their way, a text gave us the arrival time of 39 minutes, and the engineer did indeed arrive within 39 mins. He was very professional and skilled and super helpful - made sure we were ok to get off the pavement before he left. Very impressed!! Thank you!!"

When your stuck with a Flat Tyre & you use google to find a Mobile Fitter - ask the number you call if they are actually a Mobile Fitting Company or just a booking agent.

Booking agents too often will tell you what to hear to get a deal then give the jobs to actual fitters like ourselves.

A tourist stuck overnight up in Loch Lomond in his rental Fiat Ducato.

Poor guy's buckled their wheel... Whoever's converted the van to a camper have put 16" hubs on the van & left a 15" spare!

Sourced a 16" steel & got the guys back on road enjoying the rest of their holiday.
