For sale is this beautifully presented Fiat coupe plus.
This isn’t a car I’ve seen for a while and the reason behind it is the owner has been busy restoring it.
A chap I would love to work with at some point as his attention to detail is absolutely outstanding.
For those who are unfamiliar with Jeremy’s projects I’ve attached a link below which shows years of work not only on his Fiat coupe but also his Fiat uno turbo.
Mot and various other small remaining jobs will Be done within the sale price of just £10,000 and given the amount of work he’s put into this car it’s an absolute steal.

V204 GVR - Fiat Coupé 20V Turbo Plus in Wine Metallic 108/A
First registered 7th December 1999. Correct and original Plus model with 'Plus' shown on logbook. Plus enhancements/refinements (6 speed 'box, front strut brace, 8 spoke wheels, red calipers, Recaro front seats, push button start and luggage nets in the boot) present and correct. Genuine Fiat/Zender front bumper, grill and side skirts fitted (I think from new).
Bought in December 2007 (3 former keepers) at 63k miles with a smokey turbo and needing a very good clean. Turbo removed, refurbished by Midlands Turbos, refitted and all good. Stage 1 remap in 2009 ish (best money I ever spent on the car). The car served as my daily driver until November 2014. Full restoration completed in November 2018. Second respray (first not up to my standards) in May 2019. Car has covered minimal miles since, remaining as a garage queen. Original META alarm still fitted and working correctly (with remote central locking). Mileage is presently 119,367. I have two normal keys plus the red one, two alarm fobs, the original owners manual and a heap of history/paperwork including old MOT certs.

Work Completed
Body
Full respray in correct 108/A Bright Red Metallic.
Brand new genuine Fiat front Zender bumper and grill, mesh replaced with stainless steel ‘diamond' pattern material.
Any rust spots on body treated, dents/dings removed. New OEM bonnet badge. Mirror bases, Door handles and B-pillar trims stripped and repainted in satin black.
Door locks stripped, cleaned, re-packed with grease and new o-rings fitted to minimise winter freezing issues.
New OE spec (Saint Gobain) front windscreen.
Underbody
Any and all rust areas dealt with, either by cutting out and welding in fresh metal on more serious areas (rear inner arches, boot floor and cross beam under rear seat area) or by POR surface rust treatment and paint on minor areas (sills, floor pan drains, front inner arches and all 4 bumper mounts). Muliple coats of Dinitrol Underbody wax applied for long term protection.
Fuel lines (externally) cleaned. Fuel filter cradle removed, stripped, refurbished and refitted. New fuel filter. All under body plastics removed, cleaned and refitted.
Transmission tunnel/gearstick mount shot-blasted, rust treated, and painted with POR-19 for long term protection. Exhaust heat shield cleaned and refitted with stainless steel rivets. Downpipe, cat and Cybox stainless steel cat-back exhaust cleaned and polished.
All four inner arches cleaned, rust treated, stone-chipped and painted in body colour. Fuel tank straps cleaned and repainted.
Front and rear subframes shot-blasted, hot-dip galvanised and powder coated. Polyurethane mounts on rear subframe.
Engine & Gearbox
Removed from engine bay, all ancillaries removed. Leak-down test completed; all OK. New OEM oil pump and piston oil spray nozzles fitted. Refurbished ‘crinkle’ red rocker cover (not cracked). Exhaust manifold (latest spec) inspected and not cracked, hand-ported to match exhaust ports on head. Original turbo refurbished (again) with uprated seals and refitted. New correct spec 100A alternator, starter motor, Denso air con pump and dryer. New SKF PAS pump bearing. Fast road organic clutch. New clutch slave cylinder. New metal impellor water pump, belt tensioners, sensors, etc, as part of cam and aux belt change. CHOD replaced with very good used item. All brackets and mounts refurbished. Inlet manifold cleaned and painted. Wiring looms cleaned and re-wrapped with Tesa loom tape. New thermostat, aluminium radiator and heater matrix. Rad fan frame shot blasted, galvanised and powder coated. New oil cooler lines. Uprated recirculating dump valve fitted. Gear selector unit stripped, repaired, cleaned and refurbished.
Suspension, Steering & Drivetrain
Driveshafts cleaned and repainted. Inner CV joints stripped, cleaned and reassembled with new grease & boots. New outer CV joints and boots. Broken Visco unit replaced with a low-mileage used unit. New SKF wheel bearings front and rear. Front hubs shot-blasted and painted. New front top mounts.
New Monroe dampers and Suplex springs all round (OE ride height). Both ARB's stripped, galvanised and powder-coated.
Original Sparco strut brace stripped and repainted.
New SKF tie rods, ends and boots, new lower wishbones. New bearing kit fitted on rear swing arms.
Brakes
All brake pipes replaced with copper-nickel pipe and stainless steel fittings/ends. Flexi brake lines replaced with new.
Front Brembo calipers refurbished with new seals, stainless steel pistons and pad supports. Re- painted in red with new Brembo decals.
Rear calipers refurbished and painted red. Refurbished rear disc shields. New load proportioning valve.
ABS sensors extracted, greased and refitted with stainless steel bolts (so they can be removed easily in future if needed).
Interior
Driver’s side seat bolster re-trimmed in matching smooth leather. Refurbished centre and handbrake console.
Rear quarter panels sealed and speakers upgraded with Genesis 6x9 Profile units (sound great!). Upgraded component speakers up front. Blaupunkt Nav 55 head unit.
Other
Front slam panel and radiator support shot-blasted, galvanised and powder coated. Original Plus wheels professionally refurbished and new Toyo Proxe T1-R tyres fitted. Headlight covers refurbished and LED upgrade installed.
New Stabilus bonnet struts.
New wiper motor and linkage. Wiper arms stripped and repainted in satin black. New fuel filler cap.
New Walbro fuel pump and relay mod carried out.
