This is good advice

The October driving trap catches out even confident drivers 👀

Low autumn sun and wet leaves can arrive together, turning a familiar road into a much more challenging one.

The sun may briefly blind you, while the car in front is also harder to see. Wet leaves can be surprisingly slippery too, especially on bends and in braking zones.

Your practical takeaway: leave a bigger gap than feels necessary, ease off earlier and be ready to slow down smoothly if visibility suddenly drops. Avoid harsh braking or sharp steering over leaf-covered sections.

Do autumn conditions bother you when driving, or do you find them manageable?
