All repaired and primed using uv primer which once lamped with a special uv lamp dried in under 2 minutes 👌

Another busy one 🤩

1st up was a Peugeot with a rusty door seal . As you can see under the sealer so all removed and refreshed 🤩

Next was this fiesta 1/4 panel and bumper repair .

Super busy day today making a start on this estorilblau m140i ready for a show .

The front bumper had scuff marks on both corners and the bumper trim had a colour change from silver to black .

I’ve realigned the rear spoiler and bonded it in place.

A common fault with these is the bumper rubs the tailgate which removes the paint causing surface rust so I removed 3mm across the bottom of the tailgate and repainted back to new .

Tomorrow is claybar , 3 stage polish and then it’s over to Kai Westwood Car Care to do what he does best !

The alloys are being refurbed next week .

I love to hear people’s thoughts on how I do …

When I was in the back garden earlier I heard the neighbours come home. I was listening to what they were saying to each other. They were looking at my car and long story short, they were well impressed. The mrs said she couldn't believe how good it looked, and the bloke you spoke to said he (you) even got the dent out! So, good job mate thank you again.

Audi wing and bumper repaired and painted in manhattan grey .

This has had a poor previous repair, with the paint peeling and the wing and bumper had been bonded together😮😮

There was also a paint blend halfway through the wing !! Something I’d never recommend doing

Lower trim was welded, repaired and re-textured in black -😎

The bumper was repaired and painted back to new 🤩
