S.A.S. le Prince Albert rencontrait vendredi 13 mai Jean-Michel Cousteau à bord du navire d'exploration YERSIN pour le lancement de son nouveau film long métrage "Odyssea 3D".

Ce film inédit, tourné en 4K et en 3D relief, sera présenté hors compétition à Cannes dans le cadre du Festival ; il aura nécessité plus de trois ans de tournage.

Jean-Michel Cousteau l'a réalisé aux côtés de ses enfants Fabien et Céline.

Il y a 60 ans en 1956, le Cdt J.Y. Cousteau et Louis Malle présentaient "Le Monde du Silence" qui remportait la Palme d'Or au Festival de Cannes et l'année suivante l'Oscar du meilleur film documentaire à Hollywood.

HSH Prince Albert met Friday, May 13th Jean-Michel Cousteau aboard the exploration vessel YERSIN for the presentation of its film "Odyssea 3D".

This new movie, shot in 4K and 3D, will be presented "hors compétition" at the Cannes Festival. Its making needed more than three years of filming.

Jean-Michel Cousteau directed it alongside with his children, Fabien and Celine.

In 1956, sixty years ago, Cdt J.Y. Cousteau and Louis Malle introduced "The Silent World - Le Monde du Silence" which won the Palme d'Or at Cannes and the next year the Oscar for the best documentary film in Hollywood.
