Today marks 3 years of J&M Performance, I went out on day one on my own handing out business cards absolutely crapping myself about weather this is going to work. Am I going to be able to afford to live? Is the work going to come in?
When we started I was working on the drive at home in the rain, in the hail, in the boiling hot sun, until we got reported to the council and I had to find a premises, luckily I had a great friend that let me his garage when he wasn’t using it, after that I had to go back mobile until the garage I’m in today came up, it’s another 2k a month can I afford that on my own? That was a year ago and we are still there, we are now carrying out 50 odd remaps a month we look after lots of family’s in and around alcester and we continue to grow. But still really really long days.
