🔥STAGE 2 LEON CUPRA 290 — 402BHP & 421LBFT 🔥

Back to it after the Bank Holiday weekend, and we’re kicking off the week with Tomas’s stunning SEAT Leon Cupra 290 Lux, in with us for our Stage 2 package paired with Ecotune ECU & TCU software 😎

This Cupra arrived with a Scorpion downpipe already fitted, so as always, we started with our non-negotiable pre-tuning inspection.

During our checks, we discovered that the exhaust clamp had failed and shifted, resulting in it obstructing the wastegate actuator. We rectified the issue with a new genuine clamp before moving on to the Stage 2 hardware 👇

With the hardware fitted and everything given the all-clear, the Cupra was strapped onto the dyno and handed over to Dane to apply Ecotune’s Stage 2 ECU & TCU software 💻🔥

After completing our dyno logging and calibration process, we finished up with a very healthy:

🔥 402BHP
🔥 421LBFT of torque

We then headed out for our final road logging and validation — and it’s safe to say this Cupra has been completely transformed. It’s now an absolute handful! 😈🔥

🔧💙🩵 AUDI TTRS 8S 🩵💙🔧

Back in the workshop for some routine maintenance is Dean’s stunning, very low-mileage Audi TTRS 8S😍

We originally carried out our Stage 2 tuning package on this car a couple of years ago, and it’s great to see it back with us again 🤝

This time around, Dean entrusted us with:

🔧 Inspection Service
🔧 Haldex Service

All work was carried out using genuine parts and strictly following Audi dealer procedures and specifications. The service history was also updated on the vehicle’s Audi Digital Service Record.

With everything completed and a clean bill of health, this TTRS is back on the road and ready for plenty more miles! 😎

🔥 STOCK ➡️ STAGE 2 GOLF R | 400BHP & 411LBFT🔥

We recently had Jake make the journey all the way over from the Isle of Wight to have us carry out our Stage 2 package, along with Ecotune’s ECU & TCU software. 🤝

We supplied and fitted the following ⬇️

🔧 RacingLine R600 Intake
🔧 RacingLine Intake Hose
🔧 RacingLine Inlet Elbow & Muffler Delete
🔧 Scorpion Downpipe
🔧 NGK Spark Plugs

As with every vehicle we tune, we started with our comprehensive pre-tuning inspection to ensure the Golf R was healthy and ready for tuning.

Once the hardware was fitted and everything checked over, we applied Ecotune’s Stage 2 ECU & TCU software and began our logging procedure.

The result? A healthy 400BHP & 411LBFT🔥

We then took the car out on the road to complete our final checks, and the transformation from stock was very impressive. The car now has a completely different, with a huge improvement in power, torque and overall drivability. 😮‍💨🔥

🔥 AUDI TTRS 8S STK → STAGE 2 | 511BHP & 514LBFT 🔥

Finishing off the week with Martyn’s stunning 2018 Audi TTRS Convertible, which came to us for the full Stage 2 treatment, including Ecotune’s Stage 2 ECU & TCU software. 😎

We supplied and fitted some serious hardware to make the most of that legendary 2.5 TFSI 5-cylinder:

With the added power, sharper TCU calibration and increased RPM limit to suit that incredible 5-cylinder engine, this TTRS has gone from quick to seriously lively!😈

🔧🔥 AUDI RS4 4.2 V8 FSI🔥🔧

Who doesn’t love the sound of a naturally aspirated V8! 😍🔥

We recently welcomed this stunning Audi RS4 B8.5 into the workshop after developing a constant gearbox overheating fault — even when the vehicle was completely cold.

We got straight to work with our genuine VW Audi Group dealer diagnostic equipment, ODIS, carrying out the relevant test plans and diagnostics to pinpoint the cause of the fault.

It quickly became apparent that the circuit board within the mechatronics unit had failed.

Whilst there is a specific repair procedure that can potentially rectify this fault, our customer wanted the ultimate peace of mind and opted for us to supply and fit a genuine replacement mechatronics unit, followed by coding and programming the new unit to the vehicle.

With everything fitted, coded and an extended road test completed, this RS4 is now back with its owner functioning exactly as it should. 🤝

And there’s already a plan in place for this V8 to return for ECOTUNE UK - Premium German Software 📈 Stage 1 ECU & TCU software😎🔥

🥵🔥 AUDI S3 8V.2 — STOCK TO POWERMAX 1 | 452BHP & 445LBFT🔥🥵

Finishing off the week in style, we have Ethan’s 2018 Audi S3 8V.2, which has just undergone our Powermax 1 package alongside Ecotune’s Stage 3 Reflex ECU & TCU software! 😎

Ethan got in touch with us after having the opportunity to experience Lewis’s Golf R, which we recently fitted with our Powermax package. After seeing what was possible, he knew he wanted us to transform his own S3! 🔥

The result? A full Powermax 1 package, consisting of:

🔧 Powermax 1 turbocharger
🔧 Scorpion sports-cat downpipe
🔧 Scorpion non-resonated cat-back
🔧 Ramair intake kit
🔧 Do88 intercooler
🔧 NGK spark plugs
🔧 Ecotune Stage 3 ECU software

With the hardware supplied and fitted by Owen, we first carried out our non-negotiable pre-tuning inspection to ensure the vehicle was fit and healthy for the build.

Once the inspection was completed, the car was handed over to Dane, who ensured the vehicle was returned to stock software before applying Ecotune’s Stage 3 calibration.

With everything installed and the S3 bolted to our hub dyno, we began our detailed logging procedure while working closely with our friends at Ecotune HQ. After fine-tuning and verifying the calibration, we finished with a very healthy:

💥 445LBFT

We then headed out onto the road for further real-world logging and checks, making sure everything was performing just as it should away from the dyno.

And what can we say… HELL YEAH! 😈🔥

This S3 has been completely transformed into a serious powerhouse, delivering huge performance through the gears while retaining the drivability you’d expect from a properly built and calibrated car. 🚀
