7 HOURS ON THE ROAD… AND ONE MORE SURPRISE BEFORE HOME 🚙🌅

After finishing our mission in Alicante, we jumped back on the road with the family and drove around 7 hours towards Úbeda, Jaén — our last overnight stop before finally heading home to Zahara de los Atunes.

And what an arrival! 🤩

We reached Úbeda just around sunset and found the city completely transformed for El Renacer — medieval markets, attractions for the kids, lights, music and streets recreating the atmosphere of another era. 🏰⚔️

We spent the night at the beautiful Parador de Úbeda, right in the historic centre, with incredible views over the square.

But the road trip wasn’t finished yet…

Early the next morning, I had a meeting with a dealership run by a friend of mine, because something was waiting for us there. 👀

Yes, it’s a Land Rover…
No, it’s NOT a Defender. 😏

I bought it to improve our Personal Car Shopper service and make these crazy missions around Spain even better for our clients.

🚨 LET’S LOOK UNDER THE SKIN OF THIS DEFENDER. 🩶🔥

This time we’re going into a little more detail with Unit #3 from Alicante — our Porsche Grey Land Rover Defender 90 300Tdi full frame-off restoration.

Beautiful paint and a retrimmed interior are one thing…

But on a restored Defender, I always want to see what’s underneath. 👀

So we open the bonnet and take a closer look:

And that 300Tdi… ❤️

For me, one of the best genuine Land Rover engines ever built. Simple, mechanical, tough and absolutely legendary.

A proper restoration isn’t only about what you can see from ten metres away.

Open the bonnet. Look at the chassis. Look underneath. That’s where the work speaks for itself.

This footage was filmed around two months ago during the final stages of the build. Today the Defender is FINISHED, still FOR SALE and READY TO GO. 🔥

My girlfriend joined me on this Personal Car Shopper trip, and while I was filming this beautiful 2005 Land Rover Defender 90, I asked her to step into the frame for a moment.

No script. No plan.

Just a beautiful Mediterranean afternoon, a little music and a Defender that speaks for itself.

There is something special about the simplicity of this car:

Classic White. Soft top. Series-style doors. Black leather. A timeless silhouette that somehow looks just as right today as it did decades ago.

And true icons never go out of style.

Mallorca. Ibiza. Marbella. Barcelona. 🌴
