There are some cars that still look special every single time you see them... and this beautiful Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet is certainly one of them. 😍

Belonging to our lovely customers Darren & Victoria from Pego, Alicante, this stunning 911 was with us today for its Spanish ITV test… and we're delighted to say that it passed! ✅🇪🇸

The Carrera 4S is one of the most distinctive 911s of its generation, combining that fabulous wide-bodied Porsche stance, four-wheel drive and the unmistakable character of a naturally aspirated flat-six. Add the roof-down experience and it's not difficult to understand why these cars are becoming increasingly appreciated. 💙

And just look at it… more than 20 years on, the shape has aged beautifully. 👌

Another very special car successfully through its test and another step closer to its Spanish registration plates.

A huge thank you to Lee for taking the time to leave us this fantastic 5-star review after we recently completed the Spanish registration process for his Range Rover Evoque. 🇪🇸🚗

🏍️🇮🇹 A LITTLE ITALIAN EXOTICA AT THE ITV… 🇪🇸

This stunning Ducati 749 Biposto is currently going through the Spanish registration process with us for our customer David from Pinoso, Alicante. 🔥

As you might expect from a bike like this, it certainly attracted a few looks when we took it along for its Spanish ITV inspection! 😎

This particular import has an extra complication because there is an error in the VIN recorded on the UK V5C. As part of the process, we are therefore also dealing with the DVLA to have the vehicle record corrected, ensuring that the documentation properly matches the motorcycle before the Spanish registration is completed. 📑✅

Headlines about Spain’s “new V-27 beacon” are starting to appear, but the reality is much simpler.

⚠️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩-𝟮𝟳 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿.

It’s a virtual warning that can appear on the dashboard or navigation system of compatible connected vehicles when there’s a hazard ahead.

𝗜𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀:

🔴 𝗩-𝟭𝟲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻 = “I’ve broken down ... here I am.”

⚠️ 𝗩-𝟮𝟳 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 = “There’s a hazard ahead ... take care.”

The connected V-16 sends the incident location to DGT 3.0, which can then pass that information on to approaching connected vehicles.

🚴 La Vuelta passes through Los Alcázares today!

With La Vuelta passing close to our Los Alcázares office this afternoon, there may be some temporary road closures and access delays around the area.

If you’re visiting us today, please allow a little extra time for your journey.

✅ Our Los Alcázares office is open as normal.

Hopefully we’ll still manage to catch a glimpse of the action! 🇪🇸🚴

🇩🇪🚐 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘆 - this time a stunning VW T7 Multivan for our customer Dennis in Altea, Alicante.

Before starting the full Spanish registration process, we arranged 𝟲𝟬-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 for the Multivan.

These allow the vehicle to be 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 for up to 60 days while the registration process is being completed. 🇪🇸

🟢 Temporary plates issued
🚐 Vehicle collected from Dennis
🔧 ITV import test completed
🏁 Tested and ready to head back to Altea on Friday

We’ll now continue with the remaining registration formalities until the Multivan is 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀.

🇬🇧✨ STUNNING ASTON MARTIN DB9 VOLANTE IN FOR ITV ✨🇪🇸

This beautiful Aston Martin DB9 came to us yesterday for its Spanish ITV test. 😍🏁

The owner, who is local to us, had previously been advised by Aston Martin that the headlights were already suitable for driving in Europe. 🇪🇺💡

However, when the car was tested, the dipped-beam headlights were not correctly aligned for the Spanish ITV requirements ❌💡 ... meaning this gorgeous DB9 couldn’t pass as it stood.

Fortunately, we were able to get the Aston straight back in today for the necessary headlight realignment work. 🔧✅

🏁 And hopefully back on the road very shortly!

It’s a good reminder that importing a vehicle isn’t always as simple as turning up at an ITV station... even when you’ve previously been told the car is already “EU ready”. 🇪🇺➡️🇪🇸

But we have to admit… there are definitely worse cars to have sitting outside the office! 😍🔥
