-Among Various competitions Organized by SAE, The SAE Aero Design competition is intended to provide undergraduate engineering students with real-life engineering challenges, The competition has been designed to provide exposure to the kinds of situations that engineers face in their real-life work environment.

The establishment of the first branch of a university student of the American automotive engineers at the University of Alexandria Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE) Alexandria University Collegiate Chapter was on 10/18/1999 which brought in its membership 130 of the college students in its first year management student council is the Chairman and Vice-Chairman and Secretary and Secretary Fund, and the honor of Dr. Mohsen Osman to be an academic supervisor for this section since that time to the present. The student branch university provide many activities for students of the Faculty of Engineering Members, for example encouraging final year students of Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering to compete in the SAE Design Competiton Series which include :
1 – Mini Baja Racing Car Competition. 2 – Formula Racing Car Competition. 3 –Aero-Design Competition ( Radio-Controlled Air Craft Competition).

بتاريخ 18/10/1999 والذي جمع في عضويته 130من طلاب الكلية في عامه الأول بمجلس إدارة من الطلاب يتمثل في رئيس ونائباً للرئيس وسكرتير وأمين صندوق، وشرف الدكتور محسن عثمان بأن يكون مشرفاً أكاديمياً لهذا الفرع منذ ذلك الوقت إلي الآن. قام الفرع الجامعي الطلابي بتقديم الكثير من الأنشطة لطلاب كلية الهندسة الأعضاء والتي منها:
تشجيع طلاب السنة النهائية بمرحلة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية علي عمل مشروعات تخرج مواكبة لما يتم طرحه من قبل جمعية مهندسي السيارات الأمريكية SAE من مشروعات تصميمية لطلاب الجامعات SAE Design Competition Series في مجالات:
1 – Mini Baja Racing Car Competition. 2 – Formula Racing Car Competition. 3 –Aero-Design Competition ( Radio-Controlled Air Craft Competition).

كنا اتكلمنا في البداية علي غطا التاكيهات - اللي هو اول حاجة في المحرك من فوق .. نبدا في باقي الاجزاء :-

1-2 جيوان غطاء التاكيهات

الجيوان ده بيركب في غطاء التاكهيات ، زي جلدة الحنفية كدة ، ووظيفته انه يمنع الزيت من التسرب .

لا يربط الجيوان بغطي التاكيهات بمفتاح ، علشان المفاتح ليه عزم ، فيتم تربيطه بالبيبه .

لو ربطته بالمفتاح الجوان حيتعرض للتلف فحيسرب زيت اثناء سير العربية .
اليابانين بيستخدموا سيلكون بدل الجيوان بمعني انهم بيحقنوا انانبيب سيلكون بين الاجزاء بحيث لما المحرك يشتغل السيلكون ينشف فيمنع تسرب الزيت .

1-3 وش السيلندر

بيتعمل بالسباكه ، بيتصنع من انتيمونيوم او حديد زهر وبيختلف علي اساس محرك ديزل او محرك بنزين .

وش السليندر في الديزل

1- حديد زهر
2-نسبة الانضغاط من 14 الي 24 "لو ضغط جامد احط سبيكة خفيفة"
3- درجات الحراره في الديزيل تصل الي 1100 درجه
4-العزوم في محرك الديزيل كبيره لذلك يتحمل الاوزان الكبيره
5-الحديد الزهر يكتسب الحراره بصعوبه ويفقدها بصعوبه ويتم صنعه عن طريق السباكه

وش السليندر في البنزين

1- يصنع من معدن انتيمونيوم
2-نسبة الانضغاط من 6 الي 12
3-- درجة الحراره تصل الي 740
4- عزوم صغيره

**ملحوظه :- لذلك تجد في محركات البنزين يكون المحرك عباره عن 5 نقلات فقط اما محرك الديزل يكون 16 نقله لانه ينتقل من السرعات البطيئه جدا اللي السرعات العاليه بالتدريج .

لما نلاقي مياه مع زيت في المحرك ده في الارجح بيكون بسبب "الطبب" اللي في وش السيلندر ويجب استبدالها .

1-4 غرفة الحريق

المكان اللي بيتم فيه الاحتراق ، واهميته انه بيضغط كل المخلوط للحصول علي اكبر قيمة ممكنة من الطاقة المنتجة .

كما هو معروف بيبقي في صمام سحب وصمام عادم ، في العربيات الجديدة بيبقي فيه 2 صمام سحب و2 صمام عادم .

المحرك به اجزاء ثابته واجزاء متحركة :- اولاً >> الاجزاء الثابته

"1-1" غطاء التاكيهات .. Cylinder Head Cover

غطاء التاكيهات بيتصنع من الصاج المقوي او من الالمونيا ، وميزة الالمونيا هي انها خفيفة الوزن ولكن عيبها انه حتتكسر لو خبطت عليها بالشاكوش..

- لو غير الجيوان"حيتم شرحه" ولسه في زيت بيتسرب ، حراجع علي استواء سطح الغطاء ، لو من الصاج المقوي حتحط الغطاء علي حديده عدله حتلاقي انه بيتمرجح (عالي من ناحية وواطي من ناحية تانية" ، وعلاج ده حيكون بالصنفرة

- اما لو كان الغطاء مصنوع من الحديد الزهر ، كدة الاستعدال حيكون عن طريق الخراطة

- في العربيات الجديدة غطاء التاكيهات ده معمول من لدائن بلاستيكيه "زي الفبر" ، ميزتها انها خفيفة الوزن ورخيصة الثمن

ميكانيكا السيارات (1)

المحرك به اجزاء ثابته واجزاء متحركة :- اولاً >> الاجزاء الثابته

"1-1" غطاء التاكيهات .. Cylinder Head Cover

(1) الغطاء ده مهم في عملية التزييت للمحرك ، ده بيحفظلي كمية الزيت داخل المحرك .


(2) فيه فتحه كدة في الجنب اسمها "غطاء" ده بيسمحلي ازود زيت منه او اغير الزيت .


(3) بيمنع دخول الاتربه للمحرك ، دخول التراب حيغير خواص الزيت وحياثر سلبياً علي الاجزاء المتحركه .
التراب برضه حيخلي الزيت يتحشر بين الاجزاء المتحركة فبيحصل تأكل .


(4) الزيت بيسخن ، وبعد كدة بيتبخر ، فوظيفة الغطاء ده ان البخار بيخبط في حاجة اسمها صدادة في الغطاء من جوا ، وبعد كدة ليه فتحه اسمها "فتحة بخر الزيت" .
ده كدة بساعد ان الضغط جوا المحرك مش كبير ، والزيت اللي طالع ده ضار بالبيئه فبخليه يتسحب مع الهواء في شوط " السحب " ويتحرق علشان ميضرش الطبيعة

We would like to announce that we are going to hold a Rc Cars 2013 competition . there will be a lecture about how to make this small car and its desgin and to explain the rules next tuesday and workshops for the remote control in next April before the competition in may .
