Meet Dr. Kamile Gratereaux. She was born in the Dominican Republic, obtaining her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), where she received the honor of Magna Cum Laude. These credentials are recognized in the U.S. by World Education Services (WES). After her medical degree, Dr. Gratereaux pursued her second passion: teaching and coaching. She obtained a master's degree in Curriculum and Education at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
Currently, she is a professor in the Biology Department of Valencia College in Orlando, FL, teaching courses such as Biological Sciences, Anatomy, and Physiology. In addition to medicine and education, Dr. Gratereaux is an active member of her community, collaborating with institutions such as the International Youth Foundation, where she helped with the life skills curriculum adaptation to the local community. With her medical background and academic expertise, Dr. Gratereaux is now pursuing her dream of helping people manage their health through food re-education. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her family.
